Brian Quijada was my realtor for both a sale and a purchase of a home within a few months of each other. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and quick thinking. He doesn’t try to get you into a house just to make the sale, he tells you what he genuinely thinks of the property and the things that would bother him if he were to live there, a lot of which I hadn’t thought of. He knew immediately how to navigate unforeseen issues on the sell side that ended up making me thousands more. On the buy side, he had offers out within hours and contacted realtors of houses I was interested in within minutes, no matter the time or day. He also has an extensive list of contacts for all aspects of the transaction to make everything very streamlined. I couldn’t recommend Brian enough!
