Ive been consistent with Evolve since Nov '23 when I joined for a promotion. It's played a big role in losing body fat gaining muscle and actually having friends comment on my physique for the first time. In addition to that, the community vibe is really nice and Coach Sonya and David are always there to answer questions about diet, if my form is right on an exercise etc. For me, its made the difference that In Shape never has for me due to the intensity of the workouts, and friendly accountability.
This is the best gym that I have ever been!! The trainers David and Sonya are amazing 🫶 and they offer great modifications and ensure you're working hard while staying safe. The energy is fantastic with beautiful community!!! I have never felt more motivated and supported💕

I’ve been going to Evolve consistently for about 4 years now. Their experience and knowledge make them a great fit for my fitness journey. They are real down to earth people that really care about your fitness goals. I would say they have some of the best clients making it a fun and rewarding process! 😊
Coaches are very informative and knowledgeable and really care about your health. Clientele are amazing and also very supportive of each other. I love this gym. They are my Fitness family.
I’ve been a member at Evolve for almost a year and the atmosphere is unmatched. The trainers Sonya and David, really know their stuff and focus on proper form. It’s not just a place to sweat, it’s a supportive community. Highly recommend if you’re looking for personalized attention!
I have tried every gym and by far this is the best I have come a crossed. Not only do they teach you to work out correctly but they also teach you nutritionally and direct you to the correct supplement's. David and Sonja are the best in the business and treat their clients like family. Evolve fitness is a class act! Best gym I have ever been to.
Love Evolve Fitness. I first started about 5 years ago but fell off for a few years and recently came back to them. Sonya and David are great, they will push you through the workouts. Also the fellow members are all super friendly, it’s a great community.

This has become so much more than a gym but a legitimate community. A gym family. The coaches are so sincere and genuine. They really care about your success but are also thoroughly knowledgeable and educated about health beyond just working out, but with diet and overall wellness. In a span of 8-9 months I dropped 55 pounds naturally JUST by following the program and showing up. Not only that but the health issues I had prior with hypertension and heart conditions are also gone since I started. I haven't been on any medication in 2 years now since I started at Evolve. It goes beyond losing weight to look good but also truly improving health. This was only possible because of coaches who care, who are educated, are sincere and know what they are doing to ensure you succeed. The workouts are amazing and they always put variety in there by being proactive in coordinating the best exercises to target certain areas. Every day it's something different. Always amazing sessions and you really get the most optimal work outs because the coaches spend a lot of time prepping them. They also are very educational on the types of foods to eat with the quick guides and other information on their social medias. The communication is always flowing and open. If you need help, they are there. The vibes are always positive and the clients there are always welcoming! I have made so many new friends because of this place. We all get our butts kicked but in the most fun way. 🔥Not to mention the coaches are also hilarious. I love it here. Ive been to other gyms before and I can whole heartedly tell you not one has ever been anything close to this. Trust me. I know. ❤️
