Justin came and was fantastic! Emailed the company early Monday morning and within an hour the office had reached out to schedule an appointment. Justin called me 20 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive. Highly recommend and so nice that’s it’s a family owned business.

Excellent response time from the initial call to all follow up calls. Brian Moran listened attentively to the critter issue and promised to deliver satisfaction guaranteed service.

Justin showed up to remedy our roach infestation. He is very knowledgeable and competent. Equally important, he's a decent guy and very easy to work with. Not easy to find quality employees nowadays but he sure falls in that category!!

Justin was great and got straight to work after having a first look at the house. Happy with the service so far.

I recently had my quarterly service with our pest technician, Ron, and I wanted to share my experience. I am one of the superintendents for James E Hanson Managment in Ridgefield Park and Chris is the exterminator that takes care of our building. I have to say he is very professional, fast and always on time.

Been using Excel for about a year now and they certainly have done a better job at my business than any other Pest control company in the area. Chris A. has been our technician since day 1 and we could not be any happier. Have not seen any bugs or had any issues since Excel began servicing our building. You guys are great, keep it up!
