Brought my jeep in for insurance covered repairs and I am thoroughly impressed by their operation and attention to detail. I got timely updates and they even beat the timeline estimate Rafael was evey responsive throughout the process and walked ne through all the details. Car looks like new now. From Cherie’s excellent customer service to the actual work done, to the cleanliness of the shop to the friendliness of the staff, I would highly recommend Exclusive to anyone needing work done. They even managed all interactions with the responsible parties insurance and rental car.

From the estimate to the finished body and paint work, it was seamless to completion. They cleaned the inside and outside of the car before I picked it up. While I was on the freeway, I hit a pothole and my rear end pulled to the left, hitting the divider. The left rear panel and bumper were scraped. They did a beautiful job! It's as good as new. They are very professional and did the job in a very timely manner. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommended!
