TL;DR: These are the best movers I’ve ever worked with anywhere in the country. We’ve hired Expert Movers twice. Once to move between houses in the city, and once to pack our things and load them into a truck that we’re driving to another state ourselves. Expert Movers were incredibly professional both times. Here…
Very professional, arrived on time, extremely helpful. Totally recommend Expert Movers!
The 4 guys that moved our stuff from 3 locations were wonderful. We underestimated how much would need to be moved, as did the company. This resulted in 4 extra hours of unplanned work on a Saturday night. The guys never complained and kept working hard over 10 hours. Everything did not go perfectly with boxes going…
These movers were exceptional. Worked effectively, were friendly, and were extremely accommodating when an unfortunate situation lead to a late reschedule. Could not recommend them enough
Professional, careful, considerate, thorough. All 4 men were excellent! David-lead, Demarcus, Miguel, Luis. Omar who took phone order was accessible helpful knowledgeable. We were totally informed every step of the way to make this a good move under stress.
EXCELLENT service for our move. I would recommend Expert Movers to anyone for big and small jobs. The scheduling process and communication was smooth, and Wilmer and his crew were amazing on our moving day. They took great care of all of our things when loading and unloading.
Chris, Omar, and Juan were efficient and professional in their execution of my move.
Expert Movers are excellent! Sammy’s crew were quick, friendly, and careful. The price can’t be beat. I’ve used expert movers 3 times now and they have been excellent every time.
This is my second time using Expert Movers. It was a second great experience. The office made the scheduling easy and their responses were prompt and on-point. I was most impressed by Wilver and his crew to overcome obstacles, mostly from my building. They did great work and I'm very pleased with how my moving day went. Well done all!
Our moving experience was amazing. The movers (Wilbur, Alberto, & Manuel) moved like lightning!! Before we knew it, everything was wrapped and packed into the truck and they unloaded everything and placed all our furniture exactly where we needed it! We even had some difficult furniture to put together and they did…
Through no fault of mine or Expert Movers, I was not able to move into my new place as expected (the previous tenants’ movers never showed). They were able to store my stuff in the warehouse at the last minute and were really accommodating about scheduling me to move in the next day, even though they were fully…
This was my second time using Expert Movers, to get stuff from both our apartment, as well as storage unit, and move it all to a unit on the third floor, but Expert Movers was extremely efficient. The team that moved me was Forman Manuel, with Beto, Dario and Camilo. Will happily use them a third time for our next move!
Expert movers were amazing!! Everything was so quick and seamless.
Very efficient, professional, and thorough. I couldn't have completed my move without their assistance. Thank you so much to Forman Manuel and helper Darío from Expert Movers.
This is my 3rd experience hiring Expert Movers. They have not broken a single item and have had a successful move each time. Forman Manuel, his helpers Beto Fidel and Darío wrapped all my furniture to keep it well protected and did a fantastic job. Hire these guys if you want a smooth move.
I've used Expert movers five times over the last 10 years and they've never disappointed. Manuel, Beto, Fidel, and Dario were a great crew for my recent move.
The BEST movers - Matt, Sammy and Juan were beyond incredible. Extremely professional, hard working and so kind. They packed everything perfectly and disassembled/reesembled everything. Everything arrived perfectly and was handled with care. I’ll definitely be using them again. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Wilbur and his team were all amazing. They moved me from a 2nd floor bedroom to a 3rd floor bedroom. They were kind, hard working, and just the best! I will forever use them!
These dudes did a super fast and amazing job! Super professional while remaining comfortable and human, really helped ease a lot of moving anxiety. They didnt play around, they showed up on time and got right on it, AND it was cheaper than two other quotes from the alternative top moving companies in Chicago that…
Matt Ramos and his crew turned a typical stressful move into the absolute best we’ve ever had. From positive and fun energy to quick and efficient process. We recommend them to all and will be using them in the future.
Eric, Chris, and Sal were amazing. They pulled off an actual magic trick getting our 4 seater couch out of a wickedly angled back door. They were kind, fun, professional, and FAST. I booked them from my sister's recommendation, and I'm advising all my friends to use them.
Expert Movers are the BEST!!! They moved me 3 times and this last move was for my daughter! Once again, super smooth, professional and always taking great care for our stuff. Marcus was a beast and David was fantastic! I also need to mention the excellent communication before the move! I highly recommend them!!
Wilver and Orlando were PHENOMENAL! I cannot recommend this moving company enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and stress-free. The team showed up on time, handled all of my belongings with so much care, and worked incredibly hard the entire move. They were respectful,…
On time, speedy, and effective. Thank you to foreman Manuel and the team of Eric and Camilo for their great work in helping our move go smoothly!
I’ve used Experts Movers from three separate moves in the city over the past 8 years. They are professional, courteous, fast and efficient. This past move was a breeze thanks to Forman Manuel, helpers Beto, Erick and Camilo. They are my go-to recommendation for anyone I know moving
The crew that moved me today was professional, polite, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.
Matthew, Juan and Brian are THE DREAM TEAM! Love Expert movers and have used them several times! They were extremely nice, professional and efficient! They took care of my furniture and wrapped everything super fast and I didn’t have to lift a finger. They worked so well together and were the best crew I have had.…
Excellent Service. Highly recommend
Used Expert Movers this past weekend (4/18) for our move from Bucktown to Logan square. Manuel, Eric, Fidel, and Camilo were all very punctual and friendly. This team worked fast and completed the move faster than their estimate. Nothing was broken scratched or chipped. Very satisfied would use them again.
Forman Manuel helpers Eric and Felipe Very quick move they wrap anything that is big furniture so it don’t get damaged very careful. Five star review would absolutely do again.
Honestly, my wife and kids have moved several times and this is by far the best crew and best company we’ve ever had. Will always call them first and only!
Expert movers did a great job moving my family out of our house. Manuel and Eric were fast, efficient and safe getting our furniture and belongings to the destination. They moved my daughters a month earlier and I would use them again.
Awesome crew. Efficient and careful with our goods. Would happily use again.
Chris and Roberto did a great job! They were very efficient and were constantly moving, super kind and accommodating when our stuff was hard to fit in places, and the price and everything felt really reasonable. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them for any Chicago move!
had a second successful move with Expert Movers, but i want to shoutout Forman Manuel, and his helpers Eric and Bryan! The three of them helped me move from my one bedroom to my two bedroom without any stress or issues. Everything was explained thoroughly from what supplies were used, explaining the contract, how…
Sammy and Chris are very professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend this company and will reuse them again.
Hard working and fast guys! Very communicative upfront as well
Expert Movers did a fantastic job with our Chicago move! Couldn’t recommend this team more
Above and beyond service! Have used Expert Movers for three different moves now and would never choose otherwise!
Our movers did a great job. They were efficient and friendly and helpful. Our move took less time than estimated. Edit: Giving 5 stars! After posting this review they reached out right away and scheduled someone to come out and patch the hole! I only give 4 stars because they punched a hole in our basement wall…
Manuel and crew were great! They were efficient, friendly, and took great care in moving everything. I would recommend them to anyone.
Jesus, Sammy, and Brian were the best movers I could have asked for during my move. They were so fast and careful with all of my belongings. They even got stuck behind a delivery truck in the alley, and they still finished in almost half the time of the estimate I received from the company. It snowed a little bit…
This company is the real deal, affordable, knowledgeable in their field, professional and most of all great customer service agents. My experience in moving from our home of over 20 yrs was a stressful event but Brian and his crew were the best. Even the staff that set up our move were extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this company! They are the best!
Very efficient, friendly, helpful and accommodating! Kudos to Bryan and crew!
Expert Movers was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad. They were great with communication, very clear on cost, and delivered on service. They were on time, quick, professional, and cost effective. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to move in Chicago.
The Expert Movers team was great. They quickly responded to my request for moving an item I bought on OfferUp from the seller’s house to mine. They were upfront on their pricing (labor, drive time, materials). They communicated before and during the move well and kept me informed about the plan. Overall I was very…
I worked with expert movers in the year 2020. I gave them a three star review at the time. I had an interaction with a scammer yesterday that brought back memories of this move. I realized three stars doesn't reflect my experience. I have updated this review to 1 star. This review is meant for Expert Movers. It is…
Manuel runs a great crew! Him, Bryant, and Eric did a great job with our move. Very efficient and careful with our items. Also excellent, friendly service. What more can you ask for?? Thanks for the help gentlemen.
Literally the nicest movers. This is the 2nd time I used them to move me in Chicgao. They were so accommodating and puzzle pieced my storage unit to make everything fit. They were on time and professional and took care of everything that needed to be moved to various places and larger pieces that needed to go to the garage. 10/10 - hire these guys!
Manuel, Martin & Eric did a wonderful job with the moving. They ensured safe transition of the furniture. They were quick & efficient. Highly recommend.
Brian and crew were great! They were fast, efficient, friendly and took great care in moving our furniture. I also used them last time I moved in 2021 and had a great experience then. They made the whole process simple, I would recommend them to anyone.
Great service, I have used for 2 moves in the past 5 years. Manuel, Eric and Camilo were very professional, prompt and took great care of furniture. I would definitely recommend and use again.
Quick, professional and overall great! This was my second time using them and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Great service with Jesus and his crew. They moved a 3br in under six hours and everything was fast and efficient. They also did a great job with packing so everything arrived safely. Thanks again!
Such a great moving experience! They brought their own packing supplies like tape, plastic wrap, blankets, carts, and even wardrobe boxes! Super efficient and moved eveything with no damage. Forman Manuel and his partner Fidel were quick while being careful. And all for a reasonable price! Thank you guys again (-:
I just had a great experience with forman Manuel and his team including Fidel and Brian. I have moved over a dozen times previously and this team was exceptional. They were efficient, courteous and professional and completed my 2 bedroom move across town in under 4 hours. Expert Movers were recommended to me by a…
Expert Movers did a fantastic job with our move in the suburbs from a single-family home to another. Manuel, Jesus, Alberto, Carlos, and Fidel were on time, clear about the process, and the estimate was accurate. They moved two full trucks quickly, handled everything with great care (even fragile dishes and…
Have used these guys 3 times now, and every move has been great! This time, Manuel was the foreman and his team included Fidel, Camilo, Heriberto, Joel, and Sammy. It was a big job, and they worked incredibly fast, while also taking good care to not damage items or our home. We hope to never need to use them…
Second time I hired this company in 4 years. Foreman Manuel and helpers Fidel and Camilo were timely, professional, and explained everything very clearly. I would highly recommend Expert Movers. Don't forget to tip your movers for a job well done!
Forman Manuel helpers Fidel and Sammy did a fantastic job, including moving a very heavy couch up 4 flights of stairs in 90+ degree heat. It was greatly appreciated and I would hire them again
We used Forman Manuel and helpers Fidel and Joel to move us out of our third floor walk up. They were incredibly efficient and careful with our furniture. I would highly recommend this team.
*Update* Another successful move! Roman and his team moved me from my sublet to a storage unit, then my storage unit to my new place a few months later. They are so professional, friendly, and careful with my belongings. I really can't say enough positive things about my experience with Expert Movers and Roman and…
We hired Expert Movers to come move us out on June 21 at 12. We were moving from two high rises, so the timeframes were very tight. At 12:30 on the 21, Expert calls us and says they will not be here until 3:00 at the earliest! WHAT! We had to re-schedule our entire move at the drop of a hat for two days later; then,…
They were amazing. They were efficient, careful with fragile items, and extremely professional. They took the stress out of moving - and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for making my life so much easier, Expert Movers!
Very fast to respond to emails, very good price, movers are insured. The movers themselves showed up on time, were highly efficient and moved everything in far less time than we expected with no damage to anything. Total price was exactly what we were quoted with the addition of some materials. Would recommend to everyone.
Expert Movers went above and beyond. My place is one of the more difficult places to move out of in Chicago, on the 3rd and 4th floor of a walk up with narrow stairs and large, heavy items. The 3-man crew at Expert Movers (Brian M, Sammy, and Xavier) were beyond efficient, handled and wrapped everything with care,…
I cannot recommend Expert Movers enough. They moved me into a third floor walk up today in under three hours, one of which was spent driving from the suburbs to the city. They were extremely efficient, professional, careful with my things, and just nice people. They even arrived early, which was the cherry on top of…
This was my first time using movers and I was extremely happy. They literally couldn't have gone faster and carried more at one time. All our furniture was wrapped in heavy blankets and plastic wrap and our couches wrapped in cardboard boxes and plastic wrap. None of our items or walls were damaged .
Really wonderful moving experience! Thanks to the guys who worked so hard to haul my furniture and boxes upstairs in the new place without an elevator! They really did an amazing job. Could not have been more pleased! Thank you!
Second time I've used Expert Movers and would recommend them to anyone. Great and easy to work with from scheduling to the move itself, handling everything with care, and were efficient. Took apart major furniture / protected TV and put it all back in its original condition.
Hiring Expert Movers for our move in Chicago was one of the best choices I've ever made. They took all of the stress out of moving day and were friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. I love the online booking system and appreciated the care that the team took with our items. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience moving. Roman and Fabian were on time, professional, efficient and careful with my furniture. Excellent job.
By far the BEST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!! They are officially my GO-TO from here on out! Louis & his 2 man crew were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I never seen people so excited to do a heavy duty job, but their energy was fantastic, from the moment they walked in, til the moment they left. They were QUICK & Efficient! -ASK FOR Louis & his 2 man crew!
We had a wonderful experience with expert movers. They were kind, helpful and truly cared about our furniture and move experience! Highly recommend!
Expert Movers were AWESOME! They moved us from Oak Park to Downtown and everything went smoothly. They arrived on time and all boxes and furniture arrived in great condition. They took very good care of a glass cabinet I had that is easily breakable. Highly Recommended! Thank you to all 4 men that helped, very much appreciated!
I had a wonderful moving experience with Expert Movers. Marro (I may not be spelling his name correctly, sorry if not!) and his team were awesome! They were so helpful, professional, and efficient. They helped me move items from a storage space and my old place to a new apartment and it took so much less time than I…
Amazing amazing amazing. Use these guys they are professional and get stuff done. I've used a lot of movers and these are by far the best. They did our whole move in two hours and everything arrived in perfect condition. Also cost less than most companies!
Reasonably priced and super efficient!
I had planned on using another moving company, but they weren't available to store my furniture overnight. I was selling and buying a place at the same time, and there were some delays in the closings. Sandra was extremely kind and understanding on the phone and helped me schedule everything as things changed. She…
Our move with Expert Movers was the least stressful move I've ever had. The team was very efficient but also very careful with all of our belongings. We'll be using Expert Movers for any future moves.
