It’s all about the sale, after that you have to stay on top of them. Their communication system is not good at all you get text messages and emails from a lot of different people and always a different answer. 1 schedule of work, one said Thursday and crew showed up on Tuesday 2 reports, you have to ask around 2-3… Read full review

I try not to be overly critical of small businesses, but I do feel like I was taken advantage of by Expert Water Removal and feel compelled to share my experience. We had an HVAC Evap line draining into an exterior wall for an undetermined amount of time. We called Expert to see if they could tell us if there was… Read full review

We had a small area of organic growth in the corner of a windowsill that was highly suspicious for mold. It did not look to be too serious as the area was very small and there was no increase in growth from June until September but we wanted to get the area evaluated just to be safe . We had a mold restoration… Read full review

Such a great experience with Expert Water Removal! They were professional and efficient… even on Labor Day Monday! They shared all of the options with me and as a single woman, I felt respected as they explained everything they were doing at each step. Victor and Raul were amazing and I am grateful!

Thank you to your entire team for your courteous, prompt, and professional service. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or expert guidance. Last year we needed service and everyone including 3rd party contractors had high standards in service and communication. I just recently requested support… Read full review

Our home had a leak in the master bedroom shower. That we did not discover until the bedroom carpet was damp and moldy I called Expert Water Removal the day I discovered it. We are still in the remediation process for a number of roof leaks, but the company and its staff – particularly Keith and Tim – have been very thorough, responsive, and professional. Looking forward to the completion of their work, but at this point, I would recommend them without reservation! Update: Now that… Read full review

Joseph was great. He explained things to me in a very clear way & he took his time and was very careful not to mess up my ceiling panels when he had to get into attic. He cleaned up before he left and provided me with contacts of companies they work with to further help me with my issues. I highly recommend this… Read full review

Kind professionals

Expert Water Removal did a great job with removing drywall/baseboard for a foundation leak we have. Eric and Gabby were great - made sure they had all areas taken care of and cleaned up everything before they left. Would highly recommend!

As a new homeowner it’s hard to get the news there’s water damage in your bathroom vanity and possibly mold on the walls. Roberto and Diaz were very thorough and they explained the process to assure me there wouldn’t leave any mold. I’m happy with the results of the clean up. I would recommend this company and specially these two gentlemen. Thank you again
