It’s all about the sale, after that you have to stay on top of them. Their communication system is not good at all you get text messages and emails from a lot of different people and always a different answer. 1 schedule of work, one said Thursday and crew showed up on Tuesday 2 reports, you have to ask around 2-3… Read full review

Great service. Even on the weekends they're available and Victor, Gabor, Nelson, Scott, John, everyone very responsive and helpful. They did the work through the insurance claim. Dried us out and waiting for drywall repair now. So far so good. Recommended.

We had a small area of organic growth in the corner of a windowsill that was highly suspicious for mold. It did not look to be too serious as the area was very small and there was no increase in growth from June until September but we wanted to get the area evaluated just to be safe . Such a great experience with Expert Water Removal! They were professional and efficient… even on Labor Day Monday! They shared all of the options with me and as a single woman, I felt respected as they explained everything they were doing at each step. Victor and Raul were amazing and I am grateful!

Detailed Water damage check and measurements, great communication

Tony and Pedro did a great job on the mold remediation at my brother's home in Largo. They were on time for all appointments and left the work area so clean for the rebuild crew to finish the job. They are excellent workers. thank you so much. Susan Hermann for Andy Schmitt.

Expert Water Removal did a solid job for us. It started with the communication from Becca to discuss the process. We then met with Jayson to inspect everything and he did a great job explaining everything. Colin and Dyron did a good job removing and replacing all the stuff.

Victor and Diego (and inspector Aaron who came out a few days ago) were professional and did thorough work, even on my relatively small leak remediation job. Took precautions not to get dust on anything. 5/5, would definitely recommend!
