Great service. Even on the weekends they're available and Victor, Gabor, Nelson, Scott, John, everyone very responsive and helpful. They did the work through the insurance claim. Dried us out and waiting for drywall repair now. So far so good. Recommended.

Detailed Water damage check and measurements, great communication

Expert Water Removal did a solid job for us. It started with the communication from Becca to discuss the process. We then met with Jayson to inspect everything and he did a great job explaining everything. Colin and Dyron did a good job removing and replacing all the stuff.

Victor and Diego (and inspector Aaron who came out a few days ago) were professional and did thorough work, even on my relatively small leak remediation job. Took precautions not to get dust on anything. 5/5, would definitely recommend!

Victor, Dryon, & John took great care drying out our condo on Siesta key, after a water emergency. Courteous, professional and honest. Prompt to all appointments!

Tim came out and gave us an honest inspection and didn’t try to get us to pay for any unnecessary services. Tim did a thorough inspection of our water damaged ceiling coming from a leak in our upstairs plumbing. He used tools to detect for water damage and recommended the next steps to mitigate the issue. I would definitely recommend this company.

I can’t tell you how absolutely wonderful Mashal and his partners were! They were on time, worked efficiently, hard workers and took care of everything as if it was their home! And clearly kept you informed and took pictures to share! Loved them and their work!!

Had a water line brake in a attic. Called Expert Water removal. The office staff was quick to get all the information and had a crew on site within a 2 hours. They are Experts at what they do. Communicated vary well will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

We would like to give a review to Expert Water Removal. It was a positive experience! Lead Technician Yandri was extremally helpful and quick to respond to our questions and our needs as we had serious issues from kitchen was leacking water and affected the floor. He went above and beyond and the staff also did a great job removing the humidity.

I must give kudos to the two wonderful tecs Kiki and Yandry. They were polite. They did a great job of protecting my cabinets, floor and shower during the removal of the ceiling. They did a tremendous job of cleaning up and leaving my home, spotless .

Nelson was awesome! He was extremely helpful and very patient putting up with my work order changes. I could not be happier. Not only did his team fix the damaged part, but I had him make two rooms, the same level.

Expert Water Removal came out same day to complete assessment and fix areas of water damage due to a ruptured pipe. Diaz, Carr, and Javier were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Diaz & Roberto were very professional and thorough. Keith came out to check in on the project and was very polite and professional as well. I would recommend this company again!

These guys are scammers so stay away. They lied and over billed.

What a great company. We were so impressed with their work and work ethic. After a pipe broke we had major water damage. They took over from start to finish, including laying new floors. They worked with us and our insurance company without problems! Great job and great people. We would recommend them to anyone!

Laundry drain back up. Plumber recommended EWR. Called them and they arrived within a n our or two. Set up water mitigation after analyzing damage. Floors/carpeting and baseboards dried by a.m. of third day and equipment removed. Repairs including new, painted baseboards, steam cleaned carpets, repainted trim completed within following week.

Contracted services were exceptional, excellent quality of services, attention to detail above and beyond. I appreciate your help with my water crisis.
