We had a mold restoration… Read full review

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Edit to add: While the water mitigation itself was outstanding, Expert Water’s lack of communication with our insurance company during the mitigation process has left us with a lot of extra headaches. Our policy (and most policies in Florida, apparently) have a limit on emergency mitigation. If Expert Water had… Read full review

One of my biggest pet peeves is being held hostage by "service windows". Despite me agreeing to a 4 hour window instead of a 2 hour window to be flexible, they still NO showed. NOT only did they no show and waste 4 hours of my day - they didn't even have the courtesy to call me. How would you like it if I held you… Read full review
