I was just at my unit, and my keys fell down to the unit underneath mines, the staff, Jerome, assisted me with the matter, and recovered my keys, thank you.
Just visited this facility. The space is brand new, super clean, and the staff is really friendly and professional. The place looks very secure as well. I feel comfortable storing my valuables here.
