The employees are very helpful and always answer the phone. When booking my storage unit all I had to do was call and they took care of everything and made things go very smoothly. Great service!
I had a great experience with Melody at Extra Space Storage! She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and showed me around different storage spaces to help me find the right one. I really appreciate her great customer service, Thank you Melody.
The staff at the U street location has been exceptional and helpful every time I’ve gone in, from setting up my account, to getting support on site as needed. Tiffany has been incredibly professional, helpful, and a gem! The facilities have been clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend! If you need help, ask for Tiffany!!
