Our initial call with Kat went very well. She explained the process which is exactly how the day went. Zach (the plumber) sent a text indicating when he would get to our house and arrived on time. He was very personal, but professional and did a great job. Both Zach and Kat were very customer focused and I would recommend EZ Plumbing to everyone.
