Great results and easy scheduling
Our movers had left our white 12x15 carpet out in the rain and sand which I thought did our rug in, but Fredi the owner did an amazing job and made it look like new! Thank you
The F&F team is always professional and accommodating of schedules. They respond promptly and are always so friendly. We will continue to use them for all our upholstery and furniture needs.
Fred has been our floor cleaner for years. I have always been impressed with the performance and professionalism of this company.
Fred was amazing at responding and our carpets and couch were left. Amazing so happy with the results.
Fred was very professional and pleasant to work with. He worked on some tough stains created from my dog and my sofa looks brand new!
Great customer service. I have a rug bowl and for whatever reason it got extremely dirty after they came by and cleaned it. Even moreso before I originally had them come. I sent an email and sent them photos and they came back and cleaned it again.
Did a great job, Not inexpensive but excellent work! the colors are vibrant again and all the accumulated dust is gone. Thank you!
Another company messed up my area rug , But F & F came to the rescue. I would highly recommend you put your trust in Farzad for quality work.

Great service!! I had carpet cleaning in 3 bedrooms and 2 closets. The master bedroom and closet had some bad traffic pattern soil and it looks great. I asked about Teflon coating and had that applied in all rooms. Also had the ceramic tile in the large master bathroom and guest bathroom cleaned. Fred was very…
Professional and friendly family run business with incredible service and outcome! They fixed another companies major mistake causing brown spots on both my high end carpets. After picking them up and hand washing (2) 9x12 and 10x14 carpets plus scotch guarding, they were delivered a week later looking brand new…
Beautiful job. My carpet looked like I would have to throw it out. They had to take it into the shop and use a shampoo technique. It came back like brand new. Very happy!
I highly recommend F&F carpet. Not only did they do an awesome job cleaning my area rugs, Fred was so honest with me. One of my rugs was brittle and not worth cleaning and Fred told me so. He also helped me understand which materials are best for high traffic areas. F&F carpet has my business for life!!
Rugs returned like new. Very happy with service. Will return.
Not only was Fred willing to meet me at work, he was knowledgeable, kind and professional. Within seconds, I knew I had found the right place for the work I had been calling multiple companies for, everyone turning me down. There was a fire in my apartment building and the smoke in our unit made everything I owned…
Our experience with F&F was outstanding. We had five rugs cleaned. Fred came to our home, took the rugs, cleaned them and brought them back. We purchased new pads as well. The rugs look better than new. Colors are vibrant. Highly recommend.
He did an excellent job matching the seams on the carpet repair. I can hardly see it even when I look for it.
I have used F&F for about four years and they are top notch. Amazing customer service and flexibility plus the product is the gold standard of carpet cleaning and care.
We have been a customer of F&F carpet cleaning for a long time and we’ve always got great service. They are punctual, very professional and they do an excellent job. Highly recommend.
If you were looking to get your rugs cleaned, Fred is the absolute best! Fred and his sons are polite and professional. They consistently clean very high-end, expensive and delicate rugs for us, and they have not failed us. I would not trust any other company with our rug cleaning needs. F & F are the best.
I highly recommend F & F Carpet. This company is extremely professional and their employees are a true asset - respectful of your property and very competent. From a happy customer in Fountain Hills
Fabulous! Knowledgeable! Great value! So very easy to work with!
F&F did an excellent job cleaning two large area rugs, one a silk Oriental and the second a wool. They carefully addressed two recent stains and did a good job removing them. Professional, on time, responsive. Overall an A++ business.
Our area rug looks brand new! It looks like the day we purchased our beautiful rug from Copenhagen which was 4 years ago! So we are thrilled. Also, the office staff, owner experience was professional and friendly. We will continue to use their services and highly recommend them to our neighbors. Thank you for all…
I had used another company to clean my rugs before, but due to Covid this company was no longer providing this service. I had rugs picked up and they were back within 10 days even with a holiday between. I was kept in the loop with where they were in the process. I was very impressed with the result, and will be…
Pick up, clean and return large, fine quality Turkish rug. Very timely service. Super clean wash.
Always satisfactory performance, on a timely basis.
Fred was absolutely fabulous! He cleaned, restored, getting rid of many stains in my beautiful, authentic Persian rug! He took pictures along the way so I could view the stages! He accomplished all what he said he’d do returning the rug back to it’s beautiful vibrant, softness! I’m just so pleased! Delivered it…
This family run business did a superb job cleaning our floor rugs and special tapestries we purchased in Morocco. The colors glow and the fibers are now soft and luscious. They repaired two of the rugs by hand - beautiful detail. We also had them clean the upholstery and air ducts. We highly recommend F & F Carpet Cleaning.
