Fred was great, honestly, and a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, punctual, and completed the service very fast and thoroughly. Would highly recommend Fred to anyone looking to get a carpet cleaning

This company made it a priority to get out to me quickly when I needed it. Fred showed up, and did a great job. Will definitely look to use them again and refer them to others.

Excellent quality service. I had 3 large stains in my gallery from spilled paint, they were able to get them out!

Fred has been our floor cleaner for years. I have always been impressed with the performance and professionalism of this company.

Fred was wonderful and definitely will use his services again. He was on time for our appointment, very knowledgeable and honest on what he was able to do and not do and up front with pricing. He worked quickly and efficiently with amazing results. Our appointment ended with a great restaurant recommendation.

The best carpet cleaners I have ever had! They got stains out that another company said was impossible because of the wool boucle white carpet. He showed up perfectly on time. Amazing!!

The best carpet and tile cleaning company in scottsdale! Used them many times. Never fails.

This was hands down the best carpet cleaning experience I've had since owning my current place. Not a lot of square footage and couldn't get all the furniture out but he cleaned all the traffic areas and it came out looking brand new. He even moved a few things (which he DID NOT have to do) in the spare bedroom to… Read full review

Fred was amazing at responding and our carpets and couch were left. Amazing so happy with the results.

I Am very pleased with my experience with F & F Carpet Cleaning. In addition to the bedroom carpets F&F cleaned my diningroom chairs. The chairs were heavily soiled. I did not expect them to clean as well as they did. Anderson put a lot of effort in to them and it shows. Also the carpet in the primary is a light… Read full review

Fred came out and fixed some padding issues we had from a water leak. He also restretched carpet in our 3 bedrooms that another company put down wrong. He cleaned the 3 bedroom carpets and did a fantastic job. We will call them again when we need our carpets cleaned. Great price and scheduled us in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. Susan

Great customer service. I have a rug bowl and for whatever reason it got extremely dirty after they came by and cleaned it. Even moreso before I originally had them come. I sent an email and sent them photos and they came back and cleaned it again.

Friendly, fast, efficient. Excellent outcome. I highly recommend this company.

Service was great as they set expectations at the front end and we were pleased with the result- not perfect but significantly better

Fred does an amazing job!

This company is AMAZING! I found them by chance and the quality of their work is wonderful! Their service is great; and they take deep pride in their work. My rugs look better than when they were new. Fred is the owner and it’s clear he loves the experience of seeing customer’s faces when he unwraps the rugs. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent, professional cleaning service. There is no one else we would trust with our carpet and furniture.

Fred did a super job with the carpeting in my home. I needed more than cleaning, I needed them to stretch the carpet and he and his team got it done right efficiently, and the price was right.

Great service!! I had carpet cleaning in 3 bedrooms and 2 closets. The master bedroom and closet had some bad traffic pattern soil and it looks great. I asked about Teflon coating and had that applied in all rooms. Also had the ceramic tile in the large master bathroom and guest bathroom cleaned. Fred was very… Read full review

this is the best carpet, cleaning company and repair company that we have run across and have been using them for years

Fred / F&F Carpet Cleaning are professional, service oriented, responsive, thorough and generally positive to work with. They cleaned some furniture and a rug successfully - and I will have them back as needed!

Beautiful job. My carpet looked like I would have to throw it out. They had to take it into the shop and use a shampoo technique. It came back like brand new. Very happy!

They consistently provide the best service. And if there is a stain they cannot get out, nobody can.

Great job, Anderson! Service was very positive as was the outcome. Much appreciated!

He did an excellent job matching the seams on the carpet repair. I can hardly see it even when I look for it.

I have used F&F for about four years and they are top notch. Amazing customer service and flexibility plus the product is the gold standard of carpet cleaning and care.

Fred came out and did a thorough quote, included pictures, was honest and fair pricing. From scheduling an appointment to working with Fred it was an around great experience.

If you were looking to get your rugs cleaned, Fred is the absolute best! Fred and his sons are polite and professional. They consistently clean very high-end, expensive and delicate rugs for us, and they have not failed us. I would not trust any other company with our rug cleaning needs. F & F are the best.

They were prompt, professional, efficient, and provided quality service.

Fabulous! Knowledgeable! Great value! So very easy to work with!

I am so thankful I found this company! I have had our carpet cleaned yearly, and I can’t believe the difference in our carpet after it was cleaned by F&F. After a horrible experience with another carpet company I called them desperate for some help. They came out that same day and remedied my problem.. saving me $3000. I have used them ever since and LOVE them. They really know what they are doing.

I cannot say enough about Fred's company and the service that he provides, you will not be disappointed. Fred gives more than what suspected, I've been using Fred for over 20 plus years never once have I had a bad experience and in this day and age that is appreciated.

I was long overdue for carpet and tile cleaning. He amazed me how much he was able to clean. Highly recommend this company to anyone that wasn't a reputable company that does great work.

Fred was extremely professional and courteous. He was very willing to do whatever it took to get the job done, and ensure I was satisfied with his work. I really appreciated his confirmation call(s)prior to coming to ensure the appointment date and time was correct. He seems very knowledgeable and willing to assist however he can.

We have used this service on a number of occasions for carpet cleaning and even for stain removal. They are always on time and even call ahead of arriving for the appointment. They review the area and let you know if they are any areas of concern before they begin, ie., wear spots in the carpet, etc. Great team!

We had our carpets cleaned. There were a couple of things that I wasn’t happy with and Fred came back the next day and really made it look great. Fred did a very good job for us. I would definitely recommend.

Fast scheduling and great service!

Very professional, excellent job, my technician was Anderson and I highly recommend him. Very kind and considerate young man. Thank you Anderson, your integrity is apparent and I know your company must be proud to have you as one of their employees.

We've been using F&F Carpet Cleaning for several years after being recommended by a local carpet company. The office is great to schedule with and the appointments are always on time and completed professionally and with a smile. Fred does excellent work and I would highly recommend him! We’ve used his services a few times now - including shortly after we moved in I noticed a hole in the carpet that he was able to patch perfectly.

Always satisfactory performance, on a timely basis.

Professional, courteous, and good job cleaning our rug.

Fred did an outstanding cleaning job on my carpets. I highly recommend you try the F & F CARPET CLEANING SERVICE.

This family run business did a superb job cleaning our floor rugs and special tapestries we purchased in Morocco. The colors glow and the fibers are now soft and luscious. They repaired two of the rugs by hand - beautiful detail. We also had them clean the upholstery and air ducts. We highly recommend F & F Carpet Cleaning.

Had some communication difficulties initially which they soon rectified. Fred took the time to talk to me about my carpet's possible origin, quality, and their cleaning procedure. They did a great job cleaning it and i'm very satisfied.

Love love love them . I recently purchased a not new home and the tile was definitely worn I thought the carpet wasn’t bad but I was wrong . The tile and grout are seemless once again and the Carpet in the bedrooms look amazing. Thank you so much !

I hired Fred at F & F for cleaning a wool area rug that was nearly destroyed by pets (pee). Fred took it away and brought it back looking and smelling like new. A year later, I hired him again to deep clean our master bed carpet. A great job again, but this time I also needed some carpet dying done on some areas… Read full review
