I was looking to install an EV charger, but other installers I talked to told me I needed a whole new panel upgrade due to lack of space, which significantly increased the overall project cost (my existing panel is about 45 years old). Since I now needed a panel upgrade, I contacted electrical companies for a panel quote, including Falco Electrical. Jonathan was completely upfront and explained that replacing the entire panel would be ideal but wasn't necessary. I still asked him to quote the panel upgrade just to compare, and his options were super transparent and reasonably priced. I went with one of his proposed options, and the whole process was easy. Jonathan communicated well and showed up exactly when he said he would. While working, he also fixed some unrelated electrical issues from previous work and made sure everything was up to current code. He finished the job, cleaned up everything, and when he left, you wouldn't know a major electrical job had taken place. If you need electrical work, I recommend Jonathan. He’s professional, fair on pricing, and he knows his stuff. Best of all, he’s honest, which is hard to find!
