They did excellent work in a short amount of time and left the property cleaner than before they came.
Falcon Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. Dylan was extremely patient, understanding, and flexible with my changing schedule. The pricing was reasonable, communication was excellent, and I received consistent updates throughout the process. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and…
The Best Roofing company that I ever worked with. Aaron (The project manager ) has been on top of this project all the time, from quoting the project until the last walk around to verify the quality of work. The price was very competitive
Honestly, great experience. Communication was great, service was on point, and price was within my expectations. 5 Stars, would certainly recommend.
They showed up when they said they would be here. They did a great job with the roof installation and just as importantly, the cleanup afterwards. No crew will ever get 100% of the nails. I’ve found 3. Very responsive to questions, great pricing. I highly recommend.
Planned to have a team come out to install a solar fan to help with an air flow issue in the attic. After investigating the area having a moisture issue, Aaron and his team found that a previous owner had installed a ridge cap without cutting a ridge vent in certain areas of the house. The team pivoted to the new…
Quality work with great customer service.
If it’s not right, they will fix it to make it right. Dylan is eager to chase down quality control issues. They do right.
Dylan at Falcon Roofing is extremely knowledgeable and professional. From the first conversation, it was clear that he knows the roofing industry inside and out. He took the time to explain the process, answer questions thoroughly, and provide honest recommendations without any pressure. What stood out most was his…
Bryant and his team just did our roof and I have to say I'm impressed, they did all of the flashing, even handled our 3 skylights and cleaned up great. I'm often curious to see such high reviews but these guys are legit. Despite all the best planning, there were a couple of obstacles to work through, but their…
Amazing company to work with! Great and prompt follow up! Strongly recommend!
We’ve used Falcon Roofing multiple times now for various things including a new roof. The staff is always quick and courteous. They also did an excellent job helping me with getting the right documentation to our insurance company. I’ve found them to be easy to work with and honest folks. Thank you Falcon! :)
Falcon did a great job repairing/replacing my metal roof. They arrived on time and worked until the job was finished to my satisfaction. They came out later and cleaned my skylights for a great price.
I fully recommend FALCON ROOFING for Knoxville, TN and the surrounding area. They earned all 5 stars: STAR 1. FALCON ROOFING personnel were knowledgeable in explaining the options, costs, colors, and warranties beforehand. STAR 2. My project was large and required various skill sets on two buildings –…
The people at Falcon roofing are polite, professional, the office staff patiently gives helpful information, and the guys who do the work are quality guys. I was very empressed with their speedy work. And how they clearned up very well. They answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.
Falcon did a great jog replacing a flat roof. Communication with the team was great, the work was done correctly and within the time specified. Cleanup after the job left the sight looking as if no work had been done. Would highly recommend.
Falcon Roofing was fantastic to work with. They have excellent communication, delightful to work with, quick and easy financing, competitive straight-forward pricing, quick work, and beat their own self-imposed deadline. I could not be happier with my gorgeous new roof. Thank you!
They called back promptly after initial contact, made an appointment and kept it. This kind of courtesy seems to be rare in the roofing business. There was a thorough explanation of what would be done, and how. I received a quote within a short time. The only delay in the whole process was the time it took me to…

Also, they clean up after themselves very well. On time and very polite people. Give them a call! :) :) :) :) Thank you, Falcon Roofing!
Bryant, Project managers, and office staff are all very punctual and attentive to questions and concerns. Very good work and only a couple of small items to address, of which I am confident they will take care of. I would recommend.
The service was honest, expedient and quick. They replaced the roof and cleaned up all the nails and debris around the home. I have used them again since!

They did my roof a couple of years ago. It still looks amazing and they did great work and we're very quick in getting it done. Whole crew was friendly and professional. I would suggest anyone use them if they need roof work.
They answered questions quickly, explained their product and installation methods well, and were on time every time. Their communication was outstanding before, during, and after the installation. The pricing was on par with other quotes I received (they were the least expensive by a small margin), but the reason I…
Wonderful Veteran owned roofing business! Professional team who did a fantastic job!!! We highly recommend Falcon Roofing!!!
The roofers from Falcon Roofing did a fine job. When there was an issue two years later, they came right out and fixed it. Nothing but the best from Falcon Roofing.
Falcon roofing was easy to work with. Quick estimate and easy to set a date. They were willing to re-use my existing gutters which many companies wouldn’t. Which saved a lot of money. Highly recommend.
They were wonderful to work with. I knew we had some damage to our roof, they fixed it perfect and I am very pleased with their work.
They were prompt and did a fantastic job overcoming several hurdles that were not foreseen and still finished on time. They were much less than 3 of my other bids and kept me informed with pictures throughout the day. This is a rental property and I will absolutely use Falcon for any future needs
I highly recommend. They were prompt, efficient, and had a whole crew working together to install a new roof. They did a great job cleaning up the yard afterward.
