They did excellent work in a short amount of time and left the property cleaner than before they came.
Falcon Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. Dylan was extremely patient, understanding, and flexible with my changing schedule. The Best Roofing company that I ever worked with. Aaron (The project manager ) has been on top of this project all the time, from quoting the project until the last walk around to verify the quality of work. The price was very competitive
Honestly, great experience. Communication was great, service was on point, and price was within my expectations. 5 Stars, would certainly recommend.
They showed up when they said they would be here. They did a great job with the roof installation and just as importantly, the cleanup afterwards. No crew will ever get 100% of the nails. I’ve found 3. Very responsive to questions, great pricing. I highly recommend.
Planned to have a team come out to install a solar fan to help with an air flow issue in the attic. After investigating the area having a moisture issue, Aaron and his team found that a previous owner had installed a ridge cap without cutting a ridge vent in certain areas of the house. The team pivoted to the new…
Quality work with great customer service.
If it’s not right, they will fix it to make it right. Dylan is eager to chase down quality control issues. They do right.

Bryant and his team just did our roof and I have to say I'm impressed, they did all of the flashing, even handled our 3 skylights and cleaned up great. Falcon did a great job repairing/replacing my metal roof. They arrived on time and worked until the job was finished to my satisfaction. They came out later and cleaned my skylights for a great price.
I fully recommend FALCON ROOFING for Knoxville, TN and the surrounding area. They earned all 5 stars: STAR 1. Falcon did a great jog replacing a flat roof. Communication with the team was great, the work was done correctly and within the time specified. Cleanup after the job left the sight looking as if no work had been done. Would highly recommend.
Falcon Roofing was fantastic to work with. They have excellent communication, delightful to work with, quick and easy financing, competitive straight-forward pricing, quick work, and beat their own self-imposed deadline. I could not be happier with my gorgeous new roof. Thank you!
They called back promptly after initial contact, made an appointment and kept it. This kind of courtesy seems to be rare in the roofing business.
