Charelle was very professional and nice. She explained what she was going to do before she proceeded to start the service. She also explained the different ways that I can submit my payment. She did a great job overall. I just wish that there wasn't an extra charge from Family Pest Control for paying with a credit card.

The service was exceptionally poor, and there was an unnecessary charge. This service cannot be recommended.
We had such a good experience with Family Pest Control. We were with Orkin and they wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount to solve our carpenter ants issue in the attic. I'm so glad I called other places to get quotes and Family Pest Control was such a good price and so knowledgeable. I canceled the other…

They did a great job for the last two years but without notice, they increased the family plan by about 13% and will not honor the price we agreed upon. Unfortunately, I will have to cancel my services. I was a loyal customer and inflation has affected me as well.
