Our technician, Vincent, was great! He called to let us know he was running a little behind schedule and gave us an approximate arrival time. He was friendly, efficient, and pleasant to work with.

The customer service by this company is outstanding Trei is so thorough and timely. He is very friendly and takes the time to explain the service being provided. I will always use Family Pest Control because for the last five years they’ve helped keep termites away, mice away, and any other critter. They are worth every penny!
The service was exceptionally poor, and there was an unnecessary charge. This service cannot be recommended.
I’ve been using Family Pest Control for about two years now, and I’ve only needed them three or four times, but every single time they’ve been professional, responsive, and super helpful. This month, Austin was the technician who came out, and he did a fantastic job. He first came to take care of an issue I was…

We live in an apartment and had roaches show up shortly after some new neighbors moved in. Charelle has come by to treat our home both times and is one of the best I've worked with in the industry. She took the time to pinpoint where they were nesting then strategically laid trap and spray down. The problem is…

Charelle did a fantastic job treating the area, addressing my concerns and customizing the service to fit my family's needs. Typically I'm not a big fan of heavy pesticide residuals in my children's rooms, and she was happy to come up with a plan to address that concern. I live on a creek and my neighbor feeds…

This company has been wonderful to deal with from routine pest control to rodent infestations. Ray helped me and was absolutely awesome. Even repaired many of the entry points in my home left by shabby past contractors. I'd definitely recommend these folks to anyone.
We called family pest control after waiting way too long to address an ongoing roach problem in our kitchen. Family…

Jonathan was amazing.
