Jonathan is one of the best techs we’ve ever had. He’s patient with our questions, is knowledgeable about the chemicals he uses and the service he provides and does a thorough job inspecting and protecting our house.

I have had several pest control companies provide services, but this is the first time I’ve seen them spray beyond just the perimeter of the home. Great value for the services they provide. Will definitely be using them in the future for quarterly maintenance.

Family Pest Control is a very reliable and service focused company. They follow up each quarter to schedule their service and always show up on time. Since I have been using their service the amount of insects has been reduced and especially a reduction in those annoying millipedes.

Family Pear Control did a great job and always does. Fast, easy, and knowledgeable. Today Trei G answered all my questions and even advised me of a pressing question about Carpenter Ants and where they are coming from.

Thought I had a rat problem and wanted someone who could come out quickly. I called on Thursday, they were able to schedule an inspection for the next day at 10am. I am completely disappointed with the tech that came to my home today. He was rude and insulting and I do not want see him in my home ever again! I have been with Family Pest for 2 years now, today's visit showed me I have to start looking for another vendor.

This company has been wonderful to deal with from routine pest control to rodent infestations. Ray helped me and was absolutely awesome. Even repaired many of the entry points in my home left by shabby past contractors. I'd definitely recommend these folks to anyone.
