Family Tire Pros and Auto Repair

Love the dudes here. Super honest and never felt like they were trying to upsell me.

I have had great success coming here! I brought my truck in for a lift, my wifes rig was also lifted and put new tires on, and just brought in another truck for new tires and brakes. They have been amazing to work with and very friendly service! Thank you for your hard work!

I feel totally ripped off!!! I had new shocks installed on my Denali. They said they had store a 1 year warranty. I kept getting random alerts to service my suspension. When I would go in, either they didn't have time to look so I would have to bring it by @8am then wait. When I was able to go into the shop, the… Read full review

Great, efficient service

I recently had these guys do an alignment and was told to come back if there was any issues with it. After 2 attempts of trying to get my alignment done I opted to trash the old alignment cam bolts and buy new ones. I dropped it off at 1:30 pm and got a phone call at 5:30 to come pick up a loner car instead of my… Read full review

Family fire pros is amazing! Everyone working was extremely helpful and kind. They took great care of my car and I love the way it looks! I ran into another issue a short while later and they made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner at no charge. Would definitely recommend.

Best mechanic in the valley! I used to take my vehicles to the shop down the road, but they always had my car for at least a week and were pretty pricy. A few months ago, I was in a pinch and need work on my car desperately. I called SO many places and none could fit my car in. On my final attempt I tried Family… Read full review

These guys had a great performance on doing their job. They always made sure your car is %100 safe . I have a lot of work needs to be done for my car but these guys take care of it. Because they are always the best of all time 💯💯

Trent and the crew did great on my front end truck repairs. Needed a rack and pinion, tie rods, lower ball joints and an alignment and they got it done quick and right on time as promised. They communicated my options, pricing and servicing well. Didn't feel stressed or worried about anything and I really appreciate… Read full review

Their fast, friendly, helpful, and communicative. What more could you ask for in an auto repair shop. Most definitely recommend their services!

Is set up an appointment through facebook Marketplace very punctual communicated well. My only issue was they were not able to get my truck done. But it wasn't their fault great staff great company I will use again

They get it done on time. They are good at communicating. I’ve been very pleased with their work.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, mechanics are great I was very satisfied with their work.

I had a complicated suspension issue that needed welding repair. Many shops turned me away but Family Tire Pros took the job and made it seem easy. THANK YOU!

One of the only shops I will go to, Trent and his team go above and beyond and never disappoint!

They were on time when they said they would be done in 4 hours. The customer service is great. They showed me the issue. And at the end they provided some recommendations to do for my car. A bit expensive but you are paying for good quality here. Don’t have any issues with my front suspension anymore thanks to them.

Family tire pros was top notch to deal with. They were very thorough in their work. They gave me solid numbers on pricing and then stuck to the pricing. Their mechanic did the job the right way and went the extra mile on things that weren’t even in the bid. I would 100% recommend family tire pros to anyone.

Great place for fixing your vehicle, very great price and the customer service is outstanding. Thanks so much

Wanna give Trent and the team a big props! Brought my truck in to get some work done and had a few hiccups but Trent helped make a fair deal and get the truck fixed quickly! Thank you guys for your amazing work! Would definitely recommend.

Everyone needs an auto shop they can trust. These guys earned that status again every time I bring one of my vehicles to them!

Excellent work

These guys are hero’s! I’m from northern Utah and we’re making a trip to St. George. I had an oil change done by my mechanics in Roosevelt. They discovered I needed a couple new tires, but wouldn’t be able to order them in time for my trip. They sent me here to see the Tire Pro’s in American Fork. Their store was… Read full review

These guys are amazing. Trent and his team are awesome! They take the time to understand you, diagnose the issues and explain in detail what repairs are needed as well as which ones are critical and which ones you could wait on. I highly recommend taking all your vehicles there!

+ Emissions test done in 10 minutes! Honest, dependable, above-and-beyond service. Prior to going on a long road trip, had the car checked and a significant safety issue was caught & fixed. Trent & his crew got all repairs done + clearly communicated cost and time of completion throughout. I trust Trent… Read full review

Great service! Was able to diagnose and repair vehicle in timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

I like going here, they've always been friendly and straight forward and take care of just what I need. Today I brought in an older Santa Fe with no appointment, had a rear wheel hum for a little while, thought it was bearing or worn tires. I've also had some concerns with front end. Trent went out and did a quick… Read full review

Trent and his crew are awesome. Got a lift kit, wheels and tires installed and they even got me in a day earlier than planned and back on the road the same day. Would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. Honest, fair priced and fast.

Great place for almost all your automotive needs. I have taken all my cars there for years, and they always help me get my maintenance completed in a timely manner, and they make registering my vehicle so easy.

All of the employees I spoke with were helpful and courteous. They were very fast at getting my suspension taken of. Their pricing was fair and better than most other shops I spoke with. I will work with again.

These guys are top notch in quality and service you definitely get what you pay for. They communicate very well and we're honest.

Great service.

I love working with Family Tire. They’re competent, quite reasonable prices and stick to them, and are super flexible with my schedule and bringing my own parts, etc. I’ve been a customer for 2 years and have taken 8 different vehicles in for work done. All with only a minor issue here or there if at all.

These guys are my go to place for all my vehicle repairs, tires, etc. Fast service, reasonably priced and great quality! They are also willing explain in detail what my vehicle needs and are willing to prioritize repairs based on my budget or schedule. I recommend these guys to anyone!

This place is amazing and I could not be happier with the service I’ve received, especially from Trent the owner and Mike. I would 100% avoid any other place in the valley because you will not find honesty like you find it here (especially avoid Main Street Auto down the street). Also don’t be fooled by their title,… Read full review

Our area gets an average of 62 inches of snow. Vehicles like mine w/all season tires and two-wheel drive require exceptional grip in inclement weather. Trent immediately and enthusiastically recommended one particular make and model tire for my application, which tires exceed my high expectations. Of course, by… Read full review

I've been taking both my vehicles here for the past year. They are always very friendly, helpful and do great work and have made sure I've been take care of. I highly recommend.

I needed some suspension work done on my rust bucket. They were able to get the work done on time despite having to cut the old parts out. The problem took more time, but they did what needed to be done to get me back on the road and have my vehicle ready for work the next day.

I had gone to three other tire facilities in the area that all told me they could not put 37x12.50s on my truck. Family Tire Pros told me that they could and discussed options. They put a 2.5 in lift on my truck and installed the tires I wanted. Excellent job and excellent service!
