Family Tire was incredibly helpful repairing a flat tire. The technicians were very knowledgeable and able to answer my many questions. Would certainly recommend this establishment for any of your tire needs. 11/10 Would Recommend!
Family Tire Pros is the only place I go for tires and repairs because they are honest and hard working and take care of my fleet of vehicles and trailers!!!
Franco and his team at Family Tires Pro are great to work with! I’ve had them replace the tires on both my personal vehicle and my business van, and I’ve been very happy with the experience. They gave me the best price I could find while still providing high-quality tires and excellent service. Franco is honest,…
You guys were excellent!! My copilot and I were in town picking up a client horse and my truck needed the rear tires checked after coming down out of the mountains in Montana. They got us in the schedule, helped me park the big trailer, and were super friendly! Thank you! Thank you!
We pulled in just before closing, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Even though they were about to close for the day, they took the time to repair our tire instead of trying to sell us a new one. They mounted the repaired tire, put our spare back underneath the truck, and even helped us put the jack and…
I have had great success coming here! I brought my truck in for a lift, my wifes rig was also lifted and put new tires on, and just brought in another truck for new tires and brakes. They have been amazing to work with and very friendly service! Thank you for your hard work!
Great, efficient service
Absolutely incredible experience. These guys went above and beyond to get my truck right. They were quick to order everything I needed, and they installed my entire lift kit and new tires in a single day — super fast turnaround without sacrificing quality. I later had an issue with my rear suspension/load-leveling…
A mechanic I can trust with my vehicle. They are very professional, honest and reliable.
Family Tire Pros is my go to place to get my cars worked on. They are very thorough and professional. If they mess up, they make it right. They are friendly and focus on keeping their customers happy. Highly recommend!
As always, great customer service by Trent and his team. Highly recommended place for your vehicle maintenance. This is a local family business, and the team makes you part of their family. Plus their prices are unmatched. Come and see it for yourself.
Every time I call these guys with questions, appointments, they are always super friendly and take the time to make sure you are taken care off. There prices are very reasonable and they don't try and black ball you or lie about anything! They treat you like family when you walk through the doors! They even work…
Trent and the team at Family Tire Pros are very professional and detail oriented. Never had a bad experience with them.
These guys had a great performance on doing their job. They always made sure your car is %100 safe . I have a lot of work needs to be done for my car but these guys take care of it. Because they are always the best of all time 💯💯
Jed runs an honest shop! I thought I needed brakes on my car, he checked them and assured me that they were still OK. He helped me with tire rotation (more than once), and got my registration done so incredibly fast, I am so impressed. I couldn't recommend them more! I will definitely use this company going forward! Thank you!
Their fast, friendly, helpful, and communicative. What more could you ask for in an auto repair shop. Most definitely recommend their services!

Great Customer service. Always friendly and willing to help
The owner and his employees were fantastic, they stayed late for us which we are so thankful for. The owner was the nicest person and understanding he went above and beyond for us. Thank you family Tire for making our safe again. You definitely have a customer for life.
This place is the first and only call you need for your vehicle. I have used a number of other garages for my cars in the area and don't have much to say other than it is a different experience when you walk in the door at Family Tire Pros. The service is fantastic and honest. I have called ahead and made an…
What a great shop! These guys deliver great customer service. They were finished when they said the would be and followed thorough on the price. Five stars for sure!
I will always be a loyal customer. I have taken my cars to Trent for over 5 years. He is great at diagnosing problems, and fixes everything at a reasonable price. 100% recommend this shop.
I love working with family tire pros. They are easy to work with, great prices, and usually pretty fast.
Jed was friendly and helpful. The thing and impress me most was their level of integrity. They explained clearly why I needed done. And gave me the choice of what I needed or wanted done. With no pressure. Great place to do business thank you, family tire pros.
Amazing! Highly recommended, well run family business!
There is nothing like dropping your car off to the mechanic shop and trusting that it will be taken care of at a fair price. Trent and his team are amazing. I trust my vehicles and family’s safety to the capable hand of Family Tire Pros. (I even bring cars from out of state to have them worked on here. )
I can always trust their advice.
Very professional and friendly business, with quality work and great service. I needed a quick tire fix and was able to get in right away. As someone who hasn’t really had a set place to take my car for repairs, I can easily say that I will be going here from now on for any future auto work.
Had all 4 tires replaced on my 2014 Dodge Dually with Alcoa aluminum Rims. They took extra measures to make sure as to not damage them. Jed was very professional and great conversationalist. Highly recommend this establishment. Thanks Guys!!! RK LIFT REPAIR, INC from Riv, California
Their staff is very friendly and yet professional. They did exactly what they said they would do. Great Shop!
These guys were fantastic!! They helped me after a blowout on I-15 at Amarican Fork. They ordered the 4 new tires and gave me a courtesy car till the job was done. Thanks for the awesome service and Family attitude!!
Highly recommend, I had them install a leveling kit and swap the TPMS sensors on my ‘19 F150, the work was done fast and correct, as well as being right on with the quote I was given. Even staying late to let me come pick my truck up. Will definitely use them again!
Best experience I have had when it comes to tires: I blew a tire just after 6pm on the freeway. Even though they had just closed, they answered my call and assured me I could have the tow truck drop it off and they would take car of it the next morning. The next morning, just after they opened, they gave me a call…
Great service! Trent and Koehler were awesome with helping me get many things taken care of with my car. They were quick and affordable and got me in right away. They also did emissions and were able to renew my registration, which saved me a huge hassle. Definitely recommend using Family Tire Pros services!
I recently moved to the Spanish Fork/Elk Ridge area, but still make the effort to drive to AF because this group is great to work with. I've been in several times and it's always been a stellar experience!
Really friendly They got them mounted in a timely manner
Excellent work
Amazing service went to mount and balance a tire. They were fast friendly and not an arm and a leg, definitely coming back for future service.
These guys are amazing. Trent and his team are awesome! They take the time to understand you, diagnose the issues and explain in detail what repairs are needed as well as which ones are critical and which ones you could wait on. I highly recommend taking all your vehicles there!
+ Emissions test done in 10 minutes! Honest, dependable, above-and-beyond service. Prior to going on a long road trip, had the car checked and a significant safety issue was caught & fixed. Trent & his crew got all repairs done + clearly communicated cost and time of completion throughout. I trust Trent…

I've used Family Tire Pros for the last couple of years. They're always fast, communicative, and professional. Gonna keep using them for a long time!
These guys were fantastic. They came through in a minute's notice with quality product and service. They were fast, friendly, and I love my new rims and tires!
I like going here, they've always been friendly and straight forward and take care of just what I need. Today I brought in an older Santa Fe with no appointment, had a rear wheel hum for a little while, thought it was bearing or worn tires. I've also had some concerns with front end. Trent went out and did a quick…
Trent and his crew are awesome. Got a lift kit, wheels and tires installed and they even got me in a day earlier than planned and back on the road the same day. Would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. Honest, fair priced and fast.
Great place for almost all your automotive needs. I have taken all my cars there for years, and they always help me get my maintenance completed in a timely manner, and they make registering my vehicle so easy.
Came in last minute to get some tires replaced. They managed to fit me in and did the job right for a great price. I'll definitely be a return customer.
Very short and meeting with them, but they got me some of the parts I needed and were great.
Jed has worked on my cars for fifteen years. I keep coming back because I know I can trust him and he knows what he's doing. When he came to work at Family Tire Pros I naturally followed him. I got the same service and personal care that I have always received. Trust is a big issue for me. It's nice to have someone I can have complete confidence in.
Very friendly staff. Worked me in right away.

I stopped in to have them put my snow tires on my car. They got me in and out right away.

These guys are my go to place for all my vehicle repairs, tires, etc. Fast service, reasonably priced and great quality! They are also willing explain in detail what my vehicle needs and are willing to prioritize repairs based on my budget or schedule. I recommend these guys to anyone!
I was stuck on the side of the road a few blocks west of Family Tire Pros with a flat tire during a rainstorm. Taylor came to my rescue! He came to where I was broken down on the side of the road and put on my spare tire for me. He went above and beyond to help me, crawling on the wet pavement and getting muddy in…
Trent is always a pleasure to work with. He's the kind of guy that instills confidence and you know will always take good care of you. Thank you!
This place is amazing and I could not be happier with the service I’ve received, especially from Trent the owner and Mike. I would 100% avoid any other place in the valley because you will not find honesty like you find it here (especially avoid Main Street Auto down the street). Also don’t be fooled by their title,…
Our area gets an average of 62 inches of snow. Vehicles like mine w/all season tires and two-wheel drive require exceptional grip in inclement weather. Trent immediately and enthusiastically recommended one particular make and model tire for my application, which tires exceed my high expectations. Of course, by…
I had gone to three other tire facilities in the area that all told me they could not put 37x12.50s on my truck. Family Tire Pros told me that they could and discussed options. They put a 2.5 in lift on my truck and installed the tires I wanted. Excellent job and excellent service!
