Family Tire Pros and Auto Repair

Absolutely incredible experience. These guys went above and beyond to get my truck right. They were quick to order everything I needed, and they installed my entire lift kit and new tires in a single day — super fast turnaround without sacrificing quality. I later had an issue with my rear suspension/load-leveling… Read full review

As always, great customer service by Trent and his team. Highly recommended place for your vehicle maintenance. This is a local family business, and the team makes you part of their family. Plus their prices are unmatched. Come and see it for yourself.

I recently had these guys do an alignment and was told to come back if there was any issues with it. After 2 attempts of trying to get my alignment done I opted to trash the old alignment cam bolts and buy new ones. I dropped it off at 1:30 pm and got a phone call at 5:30 to come pick up a loner car instead of my… Read full review

Family fire pros is amazing! Everyone working was extremely helpful and kind. They took great care of my car and I love the way it looks! I ran into another issue a short while later and they made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner at no charge. Would definitely recommend.

Very cooperative and friendly service. They explained everything going on from start to finish.

The team at Family Tire Pros are the best. Quick, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I trust them with all my auto needs.

Their fast, friendly, helpful, and communicative. What more could you ask for in an auto repair shop. Most definitely recommend their services!

This is the second year that I did wheels alignment and all the guys are great to work with . Great service! Thank you so much for taking care of my truck!

Wanna give Trent and the team a big props! Brought my truck in to get some work done and had a few hiccups but Trent helped make a fair deal and get the truck fixed quickly! Thank you guys for your amazing work! Would definitely recommend.

Great to work with. They were able to get us in quickly. Alignment fixed and new tires all in one afternoon.

They are always responsive and get you right in and out. Did a great job with the alignment as well. Rides really smooth!

There is nothing like dropping your car off to the mechanic shop and trusting that it will be taken care of at a fair price. Trent and his team are amazing. I trust my vehicles and family’s safety to the capable hand of Family Tire Pros. (I even bring cars from out of state to have them worked on here. )

Awesome crew and very accommodating. Very knowledgeable and great customer service! Trent’s the man

Way above and beyond expectations. I can’t believe how much Trent and his crew went the extra mile to make sure my QX60 was ready for vacation. We had a repair that was worse than we originally thought. They communicated well and took care of everything quickly. I will be a loyal client for life. Thanks guys!

Tire Pro’s we’re great! Friendly staff and they had me in and out within 30 minutes.

10/10 recommend Family Tire Pros. They not only fixed our truck but we’re willing to work with us and our situation. Thank you Family Tire Pros!! Will definitely be using them again.

Jeb, Trent and the crew were AMAZING! I wanted to align my Ford F450 and they were one of 4 shops that had the ability to align this big truck. They were simple in explanation and great pricing. Grateful I found them to work on my truck! Mahalo Jeb!

Same day appointment went quickly. These guys were helpful and showed me the before and after specs of alignment. It is nice to have a locally owned business that I can support. I look forward to more car services at a reasonable price.

Ran into a few issues after original review. After went home decided to change over to my summer set of wheels, got everything out and started couldn't get the nuts off! Had 2 friends who both worked at tire shops for years come try and they couldn't even do it. (We weren't using power tools) They told me were put… Read full review

Excellent work

These guys are amazing. Trent and his team are awesome! They take the time to understand you, diagnose the issues and explain in detail what repairs are needed as well as which ones are critical and which ones you could wait on. I highly recommend taking all your vehicles there!

+ Emissions test done in 10 minutes! Honest, dependable, above-and-beyond service. Prior to going on a long road trip, had the car checked and a significant safety issue was caught & fixed. Trent & his crew got all repairs done + clearly communicated cost and time of completion throughout. I trust Trent… Read full review

Great service, friendly, honest and helpful staff. Trent and his team have worked on my cars for many years; I know I can trust their recommendations for the work needed, thats why I keep taking my cars to them. Their service has always been speedy and punctual.

Great job, quick and very helpful and even left prices for suggested repairs

Best service & the best alignment I’ve ever had. Good job.

I like going here, they've always been friendly and straight forward and take care of just what I need. Today I brought in an older Santa Fe with no appointment, had a rear wheel hum for a little while, thought it was bearing or worn tires. I've also had some concerns with front end. Trent went out and did a quick… Read full review

Thanks guys for the good service!

Trent and his crew are awesome. Got a lift kit, wheels and tires installed and they even got me in a day earlier than planned and back on the road the same day. Would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. Honest, fair priced and fast.

Great place for almost all your automotive needs. I have taken all my cars there for years, and they always help me get my maintenance completed in a timely manner, and they make registering my vehicle so easy.

All of the employees I spoke with were helpful and courteous. They were very fast at getting my suspension taken of. Their pricing was fair and better than most other shops I spoke with. I will work with again.

These guys are top notch in quality and service you definitely get what you pay for. They communicate very well and we're honest.

Best around by far

I love working with Family Tire. They’re competent, quite reasonable prices and stick to them, and are super flexible with my schedule and bringing my own parts, etc. I’ve been a customer for 2 years and have taken 8 different vehicles in for work done. All with only a minor issue here or there if at all.

This is a great company. The best customer service. Prices are extremely fair. A definite place to take your car.

These guys are my go to place for all my vehicle repairs, tires, etc. Fast service, reasonably priced and great quality! They are also willing explain in detail what my vehicle needs and are willing to prioritize repairs based on my budget or schedule. I recommend these guys to anyone!

Quick and efficient work!

I've taken a company truck in for repairs and my personal truck. I would highly recommend for alignments. I'm a mechanic my self and always look for the best. They are very thorough in their inspections. I rotated my tires a 1000 miles ago and checked the front end and didn't have any play. On their inspection they… Read full review

Hands down the best service I've ever had at any auto place. I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing and I could not be happier with the service I’ve received, especially from Trent the owner and Mike. I would 100% avoid any other place in the valley because you will not find honesty like you find it here (especially avoid Main Street Auto down the street). Also don’t be fooled by their title,… Read full review

I needed some suspension work done on my rust bucket. They were able to get the work done on time despite having to cut the old parts out. The problem took more time, but they did what needed to be done to get me back on the road and have my vehicle ready for work the next day.

Good price on alignments and got it done fast.👍
