Awful customer service, waited over a month for install. The tech was amazing and worked effortlessly to get us up and running. After not receiving the email to set up our app based monitoring was told our service not even working nor has it been!

John was outstanding he was super friendly and was on time and als took all the time we needed to ensure that everything was understood on what was completed and how to use the app with the system.
