Latoya at the Homewood location was very helpful, and friendly! She showed us some of the entry doors and then scheduled an appointment for the in-home visit. Marty came out to our home today to show us (many) options, and walked through building a virtual entry door with sidelights. Very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman.

We have had a wonderful experience ordering new doors for our house. It was very painless and our salesman, Nick, was patient and knowledgeable.
Installed my front door and shortly after had they come back out to adjust about a year later having same issue and they said it's a $150 fee for them to come back out to adjust the door. Can't stand a company that won't stand by their work
