Product Specialist, Michael W. came to my home in order to provide an estimate for a sliding glass patio door and windows. I was impressed with his knowledge of the products, patience with my questions and the thorougness with his answers. I received a great deal of important information. I also did not feel any pressure to purchase.
Great service representative (Jorge) who came out to my home, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installer was on time and did not waste any time on getting started.
