Customer service was amazing. (Jay) explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable with going with their company. Window comes with a lifetime warranty. I am looking forward to getting more work done with them.
Product Specialist, Michael W. came to my home in order to provide an estimate for a sliding glass patio door and windows. I was impressed with his knowledge of the products, patience with my questions and the thorougness with his answers. I received a great deal of important information. I also did not feel any pressure to purchase.

Original Review 2023: They wasted several days of our time because they demanded to come out to install two pivot bars after the original ones (that are super cheap, low quality material) failed. The pivot bars are less than $2 each, just slide into the window sash & are only held in by a small screw which is NOT…

For a company that claims to be the best they have made several mistakes. First window they took out they broke in my house and left glass all over the upstairs and outside as well. The side door did not lock and the handle on the one window was already bent. I was told that feldco was an easy process with the…

Installed 32 windows and cleaned up and was gone by 6:00. Did I mention crew consisted of 2!! Anything less would be uncivilized. Thanks Feldco
