I had some issues with Fenn at first, but received a call from their Operations Manager Sonia. She apologized for the confusion, seemed genuinely upset for the problems and took care of them. She also let me know about products and treatments that I had never been told were available. I would now recommend Fenn to my neighbors and friends.
Very professional service. The tech explained everything and answered all our questions. Very thorough and quick. I was trying to choose from the many companies and glad I went with them.
