Excellent service with excellent communication. We would highly recommend using Fine Line.
Insurance service, so I wasn't paying--but great communication and paint/body work looks perfect.
I cannot recommend Fine Lines Autobody – Lewis Center highly enough. From start to finish, the entire staff did a fantastic job, delivering top-tier service and craftsmanship. A special callout goes to Traci, who was an absolute powerhouse throughout the entire process. She had to juggle an extraordinary amount of…

We have used Fine Line previously and they came through again with flying colors. I highly recommend them should you need auto body work.

I had a good experience with Fine Line when they repaired my Tacoma. The body work, paint matching, and panel alignment is good. The quality was definitely top notch, deserving of a 5-star rating. Eli was fantastic to deal with when I picked up the truck; he made the process smooth and friendly. However, there were…
I had a great experience with the Fine Line Team. The quoting process was fast and once the parts arrived they had the job done in 2 days. Very good communication along the way. Highly recommend this Team.
I would rate Fine Line Auto Body a 5 out of 5, but communication wasn’t the greatest which was a bit frustrating. They ran into issues with the insurance, but this information wasn’t relayed to us until we reached out for updates so it took us 3 1/2 weeks to get my husband’s vehicle back. Other than that, they did…
The team here did an excellent job. Great work Great communication and timely service. I was extremely impressed and thankful for the service that we received !! Highly recommend
From my first interaction with the staff until I saw the repairs on my car, Your staff at the Lewis Center office was helpful, professional and understanding. I would take my car back-no question. Wonderful place to have work done on your vehicle! They do a fantastic job, very thorough and quality work. Also very important, Traci kept me informed of the progress with the work being done, timeline to expect completion, and communication with insurance company. Do not hesitate to use them!
They took the extra step to help us sooner than quoted when we had a baby on the way. And their workmanship is great, too.
Thorough and accurate service!
We took our 19 year old Volvo XC70 station wagon to Fineline to have the front bumper replaced. Eli and his team were so great, professional, easy to work with. This is hard to find in this day and age!! Instead of going to the most expensive repair option Eli offered to try and reattach the bumper. Upon further…
They repaired my car with no surprises or extra charges. I hope I never need repairs like this again, but I would absolutely take my car back to them if needed.
Great service and excellent end result. Prompt and clear communication. I am full satisfied with the repair on my Honda Pilot.

Fine Line was professional from the beginning. Eli, Traci and team were wonderful help! Hit the side of my garage with my car and they were able to work with my insurance directly and have my car fixed in a week. Even helped with my deductible. Highly recommend this place
While I appreciate the hospitality of the staff, it’s a big inconvenience to have to be in a rental for 30 days for minor body work repair. They also left the old parts in my trunk, which I took back to them to dispose of properly. Overall they did a great job on my truck. If you’re not in a rush and don’t mind…
The service was provided on time, as promised. The new bumper looks immaculate!
Thank you for your services.
This is our second time trusting them with our vehicles, and once again they delivered outstanding results. A few years ago, they did a top-notch job on our Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, and more recently they helped after I had an accident with my 2005 GMC Safari. The body work is amazing, can’t complain about that at all. However I wasn’t impressed with the rest of the work…I was told the car was good to go but upon getting in the car I instantly noticed a humming noise and mechanic would know exactly what that noise is..it was my bearing. It got worse over the course of a…

We’ve had multiple experiences working with this location on High Street and have found our home for anytime we’re needing repairs after an accident. I hate the situations that require their business but really appreciate how easy they make the process! Great work team!
I used FineLine after a vehicle accident. Though I didn't have to pay because the other drivers insurance covered my damages, I believe the prices were fair. Traci was great at keeping me posted of where they were in the process of getting estimates approved and repairing my car.

9/25/24 update to my original review. Fine Line Autobody has a “lifetime guarantee” on their work. Five weeks ago, I took my vehicle back in to have them take a look at paint chipping that has occurred on the front end of my vehicle that was completely replaced by them. I was told they would send photos to the…
Easy to work with, Jeremy was outstanding. Thank you!
My son had his car repaired here and they rifled through his car. His armrest storage had everything gone through and thrown on the floor. They have a sign up stating they’re not responsible for anything and that’s what they stuck to. If you go here make sure EVERYTHING is taken out of your car or else you’ll never see it again
My experience was so stellar!!! I stopped in last minute on a Friday after work and they gave me a quote on the spot working my car into the schedule within just a few days. It looks incredible. My experience with Fineline Autobody was excellent! I stopped by after accidentally scratching my wife's Pilot while maneuvering a sno-cone machine back into our garage (doh!). Fine line did a great job repairing the vehicle. Westin is a great associate and very helpful.
The quote to fix my car’s bumper and quarter panel was very competitive. The car was drivable, so I paid a deposit for the parts. Once they were in, I dropped my car off to be fixed and I was amazed to pick it up 3 days later. Their work looks great!
Everyone was very kind and especially helpful dealing with insurance, my car is as good as new, clean inside and out. Thanks!

BUYER BE WARE. I BELIEVE TO BE A VICTIM OF INSURANCE FRAUD BY THIS COMPANY. Took car here after an accident that wasn't my fault. Insurance took a week to look at it and would not pursue other driver forcing me to pay my deductible. I informed Fineline I wanted to do suspension work myself and bring back for the…
Westin was great to work with. He was able to get me right in and had an estimate ready minutes after showing up. He worked directly with my insurance to get my car fixed. The work was done well and within the estimated time. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Great Job!
I've had body repair work done on two different vehicles at this Fine Line location and couldn't be happier. The first vehicle I paid out of pocket to have multiple door dings removed and the cost was reasonable. The second vehicle was an insurance claim where the at-fault driver's insurance company was terrible,…
I broke the little body piece that covers the key hole on my 2022 Kia Sorento. I went to the dealership for other maintenance and they gave me a quote to replace and paint that piece. I just felt I couldn’t justify paying that much for such a little piece. Fine Line was over $300 cheaper. And I asked for the paint…

Arsen and his team made the entire process extremely easy, working with me to complete paperwork from home while I was super pregnant and then scheduling my service and following up with me during the repair process. The end result looks fantastic. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything!
I had a bit of a bad run with car damage and needed repairs three times in about 6 months. Paid once out of pocket and their cost was very reasonable. The other two they dealt with all the insurance for me making it super easy. And to date, the repair work itself has been great!

I took my car to Fine Line after I side-swiped my own car pulling into the garage (not my finest moment lol), but they couldn't have made the process easier. Fine Line contacted the insurance company on my behalf - I never had to get involved beyond providing my account information. They also set me up with a rental…
Arsen took great care of us from start to finish. Very professional, efficient and nice. You could tell they were busy, but it did not affect experience. Highly recommend this operation.
Not only was their service excellent but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Jacob and staff was very helpful very professional
