Firefighter Roofing

We used Firefighter Roofing for our Arlington ER roof replacement this week. From the first call, the service, communication, professionalism and promptness was excellent. We had Phil as our contact from the beginning through the entire process. He was on time, did exactly what he said he’d do and communicated…

Brent Gorman took good care of our roof, did an excellent job and did it promptly. I highly recommend their services!

Excellent work! Friendly, prompt, and thorough.

We called Firefighter Roofing about an issue with our roof. They were out the next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner. Very courteous and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

These guys are the absolute best! In an industry full of fakes and scammers, Fireman’s Roofing & Contracting treated our home like it was their own. Give them a call, you will absolutely not regret it.

In just one day Firefighter Roofing replaced my flimsy roof decking and balding shingle cover with a rigid deck and beautiful thick shingle cover. They replaced all vents and chimney stacks without upcharge using high quality parts. My insurer was so impressed with their report that they knocked over a $1000 a year…

I had them come out for a quote for repair for an area of my roof. They were able to fix it same day!! The consultation, John Ramsey, was on time and very professional. Excellent work, thank you so much for repairing my roof!!

My roofing company I had used for 11 years retired and left me looking for a new one. After asking around I had multiple people recommend Firefighter Roofing. I am very leery of roofing companies as anyone can say they are a roofer as they are unregulated and there are a lot of shady companies out there. I called…

I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve never had a more positive experience with any home repair company of any kind ever. Brent came out to look at a leak and I was prepared for a major repair situation - but before I knew it he’d simply fixed what turned out to be a flashing issue, and didn’t even charge me. It’s…

Blake was great from start to finish, with the phone calls and text messages. He gave a detailed overview of the rooftop and other items with small problems. He gave me a great price and it ended up being lower. I will definitely use them in the future.

This is the second time I have used the company for repairs and both times have been great. It has also been the same rep named Roy that came by to go over the repairs and cost. He has been great was transparent throughout the process. The team that came out and did a great job. I will continue to use the company…

Chad with Firefighter Roofing was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He personality dealt with the Insurance Company and got things done. The crew was scheduled quickly and repairs were made. Very happy with the experience and work ethic from Firefighter Roofing. Thank you 😊

Hired Firefighter Roofing to replace my mother’s roof and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the free estimate through the final clean up, the project manager and work crew were very professional. I appreciated the due diligence shown in the estimate - despite it being an old home with plenty of damage, the…

I am very pleased with this company. Roy was very professional, and so nice I will definitely recommend the company to anyone that I hear of needing work done.

I have worked with Firefighter Roofing for years, and Roy Metcalf has been my go-to roofing professional for both my own needs and for many of my real estate clients. In my business, having reliable vendors is everything, and Roy consistently goes above and beyond every single time. Before listing a home, I often…

Thank you Matt for the excellent job you guys did replacing my roof. Fantastic crew, very friendly and professional. I appreciate your flexibility, patience and honesty.

They did an excellent repair. They arrived when they said they would. We will definitely use them again

Great experience with Firefighter Roofing. Prompt and courteous communication, quick and high quality work, plus they didn’t try to upsell me more than I actually needed. Will be using these guys again!

Cooper and his team had to fight our miserable insurance company to save us like $15k out of pocket. Super knowledgeable and professional. Once we got it scheduled, the team showed up in a few day and had a new roof on the house in hours. No trash or nails to be found. It was as if they were never there except for…

Firefighter Roofing is incredible. My rep, Anson Kelton, was a true advocate for me—from meticulously pointing out damage to the adjuster to overseeing the entire installation. This was the first roof I've ever replaced on a home. He walked me through the process and eased my mind about several things that I had…
