⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Anthony Sosa. He arrived right on time, was professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and attic. He carefully identified several possible entry points where rats were getting into my attic and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His…
Crew showed up at the time I was told they were very professional, got the roof done quickly, and cleanup just like was promised. Roof looks great. I would definitely use this company again
We used Firefighter Roofing for our Arlington ER roof replacement this week. From the first call, the service, communication, professionalism and promptness was excellent. We had Phil as our contact from the beginning through the entire process. He was on time, did exactly what he said he’d do and communicated…
Brent Gorman took good care of our roof, did an excellent job and did it promptly. I highly recommend their services!
Chad came out promptly to check my roof after the recent storm. No damage, which didn't surprise me since Firefighter Roofing installed an upgraded roof for me 4 years ago. They've done all of my roof maintenance since I bought this house 9 years ago and I continue to be a very happy customer.
Well… First things first, they do service Granbury. Maybe all of Hood County. I’m not sure. If they do, you’ll be in good hands. Where to begin. We were referred to Firefighter Roofing. We had not heard of them prior to today. We hadn’t called them necessarily for a roof, but we have holes In our siding, that needed…
We recently had our roof installed on July 31st by Firefighter Roofing, and we were thoroughly impressed with their work. Before choosing them, we did extensive research and noticed that Firefighter Roofing consistently received excellent reviews. Our consultation was with Matt Hanna, who was incredibly…
I can't say enough good things about Firefighter Roofing. They do a really quality job that holds up. I've known Phil now for 5 years and he is always available to answer any questions or climb back up on the roof to check after storms. They can also supply other services such as fixing gutters, rotted wood and…
I will definitely recommend firefighters roofing. Their staff Kelton provided a good service in inspecting my roof. I will definitely recommend.
These guys are the absolute best! In an industry full of fakes and scammers, Fireman’s Roofing & Contracting treated our home like it was their own. Give them a call, you will absolutely not regret it.
We noticed what appeared to be a water stain running from the ceiling down to the floor in one of our bathrooms. For anything concerning our roof we only call Firefighter Roofing. We have only had to contact them a few times in the last few years but each time we have had nothing but outstanding service from them.…
In just one day Firefighter Roofing replaced my flimsy roof decking and balding shingle cover with a rigid deck and beautiful thick shingle cover. They replaced all vents and chimney stacks without upcharge using high quality parts. My insurer was so impressed with their report that they knocked over a $1000 a year…
I got several quotes and ultimately picked them because it was the only company that didn't pressure me in any way to replace my entire roof (and file an insurance claim), but rather fix only the 2 problem areas. I felt the information being provided to me on the pros/cons of my roof as genuinely honest and not…
Fantastic work done! The entire team is very nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing roof work done! Here are before, during, and after pictures. Great work!
I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve never had a more positive experience with any home repair company of any kind ever. Brent came out to look at a leak and I was prepared for a major repair situation - but before I knew it he’d simply fixed what turned out to be a flashing issue, and didn’t even charge me. It’s…
Firefighter worked with us from the inspection through insurance evaluation and the replacement of the roof, gutters, and screens. The representative we had was great to work with and followed up on all the details. I'll look to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing rook repair.
Chad with firefighter roofing was great! He was very knowledgeable and performed the repairs quickly and professionally.
Roy Metcalf came out and inspected our roof after we found a small leak. He was able to take care of it quickly and professionally. When we need any roof work done, he’ll be the one we call. You should too.
I would definitely recommend Firefighter Roofing for roof replacement projects. The sales rep explained everything thoroughly and got the work done in a timely manner. The work crew and office staff were also very courteous and professional.
Brent came by and inspected our roof for us today since we had the storms a few days ago. He was on time, very professional, and confirmed that after the past storms that our roof is still looking good!! Firefighter roofing has always been a dependable company for us, they replaced our roof 5 years ago and we will…
Matthew was exceptional with his communication, customer service, and the thoroughness of my inspection. Highly Recommended!
Called Firefighter Roofing as a second opinion to a quote of received from a door-to-door sales person for another roofing company. I wasn’t aware of issue with my roof, but I was just curious to have it checked. Brent was sent out and was honest, helpful. He explained how work wasn’t necessary. In chatting, I…
Brent and the team at Firefighter Roofing were great to work with. I’m currently preparing to sell my home and wanted an honest assessment of the roof’s condition. Brent showed up on time, was professional, and did a thorough evaluation. He explained everything clearly and gave me straightforward options that I can…
This is the second time I have used the company for repairs and both times have been great. It has also been the same rep named Roy that came by to go over the repairs and cost. He has been great was transparent throughout the process. The team that came out and did a great job. I will continue to use the company and look forward to see Roy again.
I recently used Firefighter Roofing for a Roof Inspection and subsequent Roof and Gutter Replacement. My experience was awesome, first class all the way. They were prompt for every appointment and worked around my schedule. They were my second opinion contractor and they confirmed that I needed a new roof and…
Firefighter roofing performed excellent work for my roof. I m pleased with Phil how efficient and professional he is. For today, my another home was given complementary roof repair and inspection due to leak damaged from recent storm. I m grateful for his expertise and I m highly recommend Firefighter Roofing!
Firefighter Roofing's service and professionalism was above and beyond. Needing a quote and evaluation of our roof, Firefighter sent Phil Norris out to our location same day. Phil was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection and readily answered all of our questions on site. His report was detailed…
Hired Firefighter Roofing to replace my mother’s roof and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the free estimate through the final clean up, the project manager and work crew were very professional. I appreciated the due diligence shown in the estimate - despite it being an old home with plenty of damage, the…
Great experience with Firefighter Roofing! Very easy to work with, they handled every aspect of the project, from dealing with insurance, helping with the shingle options, getting the job scheduled and completed, gutter removal and reinstall, and thorough clean up! Very nice people and professional. Would highly recommend.
This is trustworthy company . Mine worked done by Phil. He did a great job. He did quick response on my inspection and give me a detailed report on that one. I really recommend him.
Chad Hopkins is an honest and knowledgeable professional. He was able to give us some advice that made sense for our situation without forcing a sale. I would recommend Fire Fighter Roofing to anyone.
I have used Firefighter roofing on two occasions, and will definitely call them again if needed! On both visits Phil Norris responded promptly and professionally. Phil took the time to inspect the roof and repair a small area where water was leaking. He then followed up with a call after it rained to make sure…
I have worked with Firefighter Roofing for years, and Roy Metcalf has been my go-to roofing professional for both my own needs and for many of my real estate clients. In my business, having reliable vendors is everything, and Roy consistently goes above and beyond every single time. Before listing a home, I often…
I recently had a general roof inspection done for an area of work that was done by a previous roofer. From start to finish, the communication was great. Will reached out promptly to discuss my issue and set up an appointment for the next day. He gave me a text letting me know when they were 30 minutes away and…
Thank you Matt for the excellent job you guys did replacing my roof. Fantastic crew, very friendly and professional. I appreciate your flexibility, patience and honesty.
Brent Gorman recently inspected my roof because I had a small leak during rain a few months ago.. It was determined that the leak was not a roof problem rather some missing caulking. Brent was very friendly and helpful and should I have a need in the future I would certainly reach out to him Brent Gorman and Firefighter Roofing…
The guys did a great job on my house…my daughter’s house and my son’s house! We are all very satisfied with the work, the timeframe in which the work was done and the cleanup after.
We loved working with Firefighter Roofing, their prices were so reasonable and their service was prompt. Our project manager, Kelton, was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Firefighter Roofing. Prompt and courteous communication, quick and high quality work, plus they didn’t try to upsell me more than I actually needed. Will be using these guys again!
Firefighter Roofing did an amazing job with my roof replacement. They worked seamlessly with me and my insurance company, and were very upfront about everything. They also communicated all of the details about the project very well. The crew that came to do the work were polite and informative.
