Firefighter Roofing

We had a great experience with Firefighter Roofing from start to finish! Roy did an outstanding job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, communicated what to expect, and made sure we knew the next steps along the way. The roof installation was excellent, and the crew did a…

After a recent hail storm I got about 300 calls from roofing companies and telemarketers offering me a roof inspection. I immediately looked up local companies and came across Firefighter Roofing. As a first responder I knew that going with a person who has spent their career serving their community isn’t driven by…

Firefighter roofing did an amazing job on our roof after the terrible texas storms. They worked with my insurance and made sure everything was taken care of. Cooper was amazing and his team finished our roof in under 4 hours! Hopefully won't need a new roof any time soon but would definitely choose them every time!

Fast and efficient!! Readily available for all my questions!!

I can't say enough good things about Firefighter Roofing. They do a really quality job that holds up. I've known Phil now for 5 years and he is always available to answer any questions or climb back up on the roof to check after storms. They can also supply other services such as fixing gutters, rotted wood and…

These guys are the absolute best! In an industry full of fakes and scammers, Fireman’s Roofing & Contracting treated our home like it was their own. Give them a call, you will absolutely not regret it.

I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Sean was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Sean did an…

Firefighter Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. They were here early in the morning. They were fast and did an outstanding job. We would hire them again in a minute and strongly recommend them to anyone needing a roofing job. Kudos to Matt who got everything setup and to Greg for the great job he did supervising…

Matt and his team were fantastic! They were so thorough and made sure our leak was fixed, along with all the necessary repairs to get everything back in top shape, both inside and out. I’m so grateful for their trustworthy business. I’ll definitely be recommending Firefighter Roofing to everyone!

5 Stars! Phil was terrific. He was knowledgable and knew his business. It's not often someone comes out and explains you can do it yourself and save $1000's. First time for that! We appreciated his honesty and his time and will definitely call him for other projects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I got several quotes and ultimately picked them because it was the only company that didn't pressure me in any way to replace my entire roof (and file an insurance claim), but rather fix only the 2 problem areas. I felt the information being provided to me on the pros/cons of my roof as genuinely honest and not…

As a landlord it is extremely important to us to maintain our properties, and keep our tennents happy, when things go wrong. Firefighter Roofing has been there for us when we needed them, with responsive, professional service and quality work, at a competitive price. They are our go to provider when a roof needs…

I have seldom experienced such generosity. Project Manager Roy Metcalf completed some roof repairs for $680.00 less than my other estimate. There are more details; I'll only add that Roy did far more than was thought of or expected. I was truly blessed by his work proposal, but even more so by his example as a…

I recently had the pleasure of working with FireFighter Roofing, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were absolutely top-tier. From the initial consultation, they were honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to…

I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve never had a more positive experience with any home repair company of any kind ever. Brent came out to look at a leak and I was prepared for a major repair situation - but before I knew it he’d simply fixed what turned out to be a flashing issue, and didn’t even charge me. It’s…

Blake was great from start to finish, with the phone calls and text messages. He gave a detailed overview of the rooftop and other items with small problems. He gave me a great price and it ended up being lower. I will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent response and great communication! Got my roof issues addressed quickly, temporarily repaired and the scheduled work was smooth and effortless

Firefighter worked with us from the inspection through insurance evaluation and the replacement of the roof, gutters, and screens. The representative we had was great to work with and followed up on all the details. I'll look to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing rook repair.

This is the second time I have used the company for repairs and both times have been great. It has also been the same rep named Roy that came by to go over the repairs and cost. He has been great was transparent throughout the process. The team that came out and did a great job. I will continue to use the company…

Firefighter roofing performed excellent work for my roof. I m pleased with Phil how efficient and professional he is. For today, my another home was given complementary roof repair and inspection due to leak damaged from recent storm. I m grateful for his expertise and I m highly recommend Firefighter Roofing!

Cooper did a great job on the roof repairs. He's very personable and explained things thoroughly. I'll definitely use Firefighter Roofing again if the need arises. Thanks Cooper.

Hired Firefighter Roofing to replace my mother’s roof and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the free estimate through the final clean up, the project manager and work crew were very professional. I appreciated the due diligence shown in the estimate - despite it being an old home with plenty of damage, the…

Great experience with Firefighter Roofing! Very easy to work with, they handled every aspect of the project, from dealing with insurance, helping with the shingle options, getting the job scheduled and completed, gutter removal and reinstall, and thorough clean up! Very nice people and professional. Would highly…

Excellent repair work! Great company to work with. Fixed wind damage inside a week.

Brent and his crew were outstanding handling the work needed to complete our property sale. Would highly recommend their services to anyone needing roofing work. Timely, professional, great price.

I am very pleased with this company. Roy was very professional, and so nice I will definitely recommend the company to anyone that I hear of needing work done.

I have used Firefighter roofing on two occasions, and will definitely call them again if needed! On both visits Phil Norris responded promptly and professionally. Phil took the time to inspect the roof and repair a small area where water was leaking. He then followed up with a call after it rained to make sure…

I have worked with Firefighter Roofing for years, and Roy Metcalf has been my go-to roofing professional for both my own needs and for many of my real estate clients. In my business, having reliable vendors is everything, and Roy consistently goes above and beyond every single time. Before listing a home, I often…

We loved working with Firefighter Roofing, their prices were so reasonable and their service was prompt. Our project manager, Kelton, was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Firefighter Roofing did an amazing job with my roof replacement. They worked seamlessly with me and my insurance company, and were very upfront about everything. They also communicated all of the details about the project very well. The crew that came to do the work were polite and informative.

We had a very positive experience with Firefighter Roofing. Reached out to them regarding a water leak/roof issue and they responded immediately and scheduled a visit right away. During the visit, they thoroughly inspected all potential routes and found a small/minor issue which had caused the problem. Because it…

Firefighter Roofing is incredible. My rep, Anson Kelton, was a true advocate for me—from meticulously pointing out damage to the adjuster to overseeing the entire installation. This was the first roof I've ever replaced on a home. He walked me through the process and eased my mind about several things that I had…

I can not recommend Firefighter roofing enough. I was out of town and my wife came home after a storm to all 5 of our skylights shattered from hail. I called firefighter roofing talked to Keith, and at 8:30am the next day someone was on our roof sealing everything up and did a full inspection. The time, effort and…

Everyone from the first call to the finished work were nothing but professional and kind. All my questions were answered so I was comfortable with everything that was agreed to and the work quality was excellent and the customer service was great! Highly recommend this company.

Phil Norris and his team did a wonderful job on my roof repair. Roofing companies can often be fly by night. Firefighter Roofings word and quality work to my roof gave me peace of mind. I will be definitely calling them again when the time comes.

I'm a Realtor and I’ve had Phillip with Firefighter Roofing come and inspect several roofs that my clients own or were possibly buying. Including my own roof. He comes asap to inspect the roof and sends a quote usually the same day. He’s very honest and they have done a great job on my own home!

Firefighter roofing did a wonderful job. Keith was very responsive and took care of everything. Had completed work needed before roofing crew showed up. Cumuncation was very good through whole process. Dealt with insurance adjuster and was a big help. Highly recommended for your roofing needs.

The company was very professional and was very good on price and did not try to oversell me on the repairs or trying to sell me a whole new roof. Will be using them in the future.

This company displayed great professionalism as well as outstanding communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thanks FR team & Johnny Armstrong for your service with a new roof replacement! 🏡 Badabing badaboom! 🤌🏼
