Just had a 6:00a.m class (first class) & I couldn’t be more happy! I feel like it was just what I needed to reset and get back to baseline. I had an emotional release and definitely feel more connected to my body after feeling stuck for a few days. AMAZING studio & instructors! -Lexi
My long search for a home studio has come to a screeching halt. What a SUPER STAR Irie is as a teacher and I can’t wait to try everyone else’s classes. 10/10 Highly recommend. And Abbey is the owner and she is SO NICE. ❤️ I am a happy girl.
I cannot say enough good things about this studio. I have traveled and been to a fair number of yoga studios and this one is just a gem. I have never taken a bad class here. All the instructors are accommodating and welcoming. You will feel refreshed, challenged, and like you returned to yourself with their heated classes.

This studio is inclusive, supportive and simply amazing! Irie and Jenn B are supportive, encouraging and just wonderful human beings! If you are looking for a place to try hot yoga- look no further! They have a wide range of classes and times to suite your schedule! If new to yoga I recommend taking the Yoga Foundations series with Irie here. The studio owner Abby is an amazing instructor too and so much fun!

She was so kind to us and encouraging. The atmosphere of the class was amazing. It was a hard class but I left feeling so welcomed by everyone including the others taking the class.
I can’t say enough about this place! At the risk of sharing too much, I recently lost my daughter and have been in a fog for almost 3 years. I decided to give it a try thinking it can’t hurt. It was one of the best decisions I made. During class I have laughed, cried… cursed - all the feels - but I can finally see there is light at the end of that dark tunnel with the help of Firefly and all the beautiful people there. Much love Firefly ❤️ Hopefully, this review can help someone else find that light.

Firefly Yoga was so fun! I went with my wife and it was relaxing, but challenging at the same time. I really enjoy the atmosphere, as it is aesthetically pleasing to be in the studio with brick walls and nice lighting. Doing hot yoga here was an experience I'd love to try again! I felt rejuvenated afterward. All this was thanks to the instructor that had a great pace and made it so anyone at any level could participate.
