Heberto handled this transaction professionally, politefully and efficiently. He explained the work on the roof in advance and showed before and after images to confirm the work he did. He explained his findings and offered recommendations on the things needing attention. He was a pleasure to work with.

Brandon came out to do a roof refresh for us as part of an arrangement with Milestone. He communicated clearly about arrival time and worked with me even when we were running behind getting back home. He was polite and helpful - and did a great job clearing off the built up tree debris that gets stuck on our roof!

The technician, William Harrell, provided exceptional service. His attention to detail as he was refreshing my roof, checking for any problems and cleaning the gutters was really impressive. He followed up with me to show pictures of the roof and made sure that I understood the findings and if I had any questions.

Will was great with my semi annual roof assessment. He provided video of the overall roof condition plus a few areas outside warranty that possibly needed to be addressed in the future. Would be glad to work with Will in the future.
