The guys at Firestone had a great attitude and were very accommodating with us today. They were able to repair our busted tire in about an hour on a very busy day. 10/10 service and business!

They were so quick, friendly, & helpful! I came in to get my tire pressure checked and they ended up finding a leak and replacing the tire in less than 20 minutes. i’ll be back for future auto needs!

We were heading back home to Florida and discovered a nail in our tire. Logan and Brian did an excellent job taking care of our tire and also went above and beyond by checking everything else for us. We would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at this Firestone complete auto care.

I highly recommend Firestone. This is the 2nd day in a row they helped me out of a jam. I was driving down the highway and my steering when started violently shaking. Fortunately I was close to Firestone. Turns out I needed new front tires. They were so kind and generous so squeeze me in.

Excellent service. Super friendly staff at the Chattanooga location. Was here for work from Florida and they were able to get my tire changed in a couple hours to make sure I was able to safely travel home. Would highly, highly recommend.

Firestone was great. Called after work because I had a flat tire and they were quick to assist me. The experience was top notch. The store was clean as well. I can tell they care about the work they do and their customers. Coming back with my Lexus to get it checked out!

Went to have a tire under warranty replaced. Unusual size tire had to be ordered. Though the staffing was short and the delivery truck late, I left within an hour. Staff are always polite and professional at downtown location. Always get the road hazard warranty- it saves

Firestone has always been professional and easy to deal with. The work has consistently been done right, and I’ve never had to bring my vehicle back because of an issue. It’s hard to find dependable service these days, but they’ve always taken good care of me.

The guys here are awesome. I like to come here when I want work done right. I've come here for years. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They give recommendations without pressure and offer honest advice on what work is needed and when. The only negative is the parking lot is small. But no worries.… Read full review
