This Firestone location SAVED me!! I arrived in Chattanooga, and a part of my car was dangling on the bottom, dragging on the street. I rolled up to this Firestone because it was close to my hotel and not only did they fix it fast, but they only charged me $10!! I absolutely would have paid a lot more. They saved my car and saved me money!!

Max the man at the counter told me they were swamped and were short handed. I told him I needed to get to Knoxville for a meeting at the title company. He worked me in and I ended up getting 4 new tires and an alignment. I cannot say enough about Max and my tech Adam. Absolutely wonderful people. I made my appointment and cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I would recommend them all day. Thank you Max and Adam I truly appreciate it
