Very professional guys.. Kyle & his co worker were awesome, very respectful of property. I would recommend them to all my family & friends.. & would use them again.. AAAAA+ Thank you.. First Coast Home Repairs
Matt and Bryan did a great job cleaning the gutters and roof!! They even offered some helpful tips for maintenance. Thank you!
First Coast Home Pros did a fantastic job on my pool cage screen repair. They provided an in person estimate before being chosen for the job. They arrived on time, were polite and finished in a short time. My only negative reaction is that their guarantee is not on the paperwork they provide, only on their we site.
Age and mobility issues prevent me from performing many repair and maintenance jobs around the house now. Got these folks to clean out the gutters and then install debris guards too. Every single interaction with this company and their people was five-star! We plan on using many more of their services in the future.
Always professional and always do excellent work! Prompt and very professional! Will use them again!
The technician that came out to my house was nothing short of awesome!! I’m very sorry I can’t remember his name even though he did introduce himself. I would without hesitation hire him and this company to do all my household chores. As a matter of fact, he was the 3rd person to try to fix my screen door, yet the only one to do so.
Very professional, on time, efficient & personal technicians.
Excellent Service! Thank you!
Joe did a great job on our deck repair project. This is his 3rd project at our home and he has done a great job each time. He’s personable and a good guy. Easy to work with and very meticulous and conscientious in completing the work.
Fantastic job on a full screen repair/replace on my lanai! Very professional, timely, and high quality work. Would very much recommend
The staff was kind from initial inquiry to job completion. I’m so grateful!
This company is amazing!! Our handyman Joe was super professional and was so nice! I 10000% recommend this company. They are quick, reliable, great priced and the communication was excellent! The work he did for us was done outstanding! Definitely will be my future handyman service from here on out! I plan to use them for future work!
The guys are polite and worked hard to get the job done. Very pleased and will use them several times of year.

Great people and wonderful professional service!
First Use of First Coast Home Pros (FCHP): Everything about FCHP screams value. They power washed the front of my house, cleaned out the gutters, power washed the driveway and the sidewalks. All this was done within 2 hours. They were also on time, true to their quoted price which was quoted up front, and did a…
Handy men were prompt professional and went above and beyond.
This is what I love about First Coast Home Pros: my bifold hall closet door came completely off the track and I could not get it back in place correctly. I remembered FCHP had a handyman service so I called and they came out the next day (Christmas Eve) and fixed it. Joe, like all FCHP employees was prompt, polite…

Utilized First Coast Home Pros earlier this year for handyman services (Tile and Grout) when we were putting our house up for rent. The representatives were incredibly communicative even in the midst of our move. Would definitely recommend, and will be utilizing this company going forward.
Use them frequently. Always satisfied.
I have used First Coast Home Pros for multiple jobs. They always do a great job. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
The FCHP was excellent. Joe has done several projects at my home. With each one he created the look I wanted.
Needed my gutters cleaned. Called around & got 7 or 8 estimates. A few were ridiculously high! First Coast Home Pros had the best prices. They came out the next day & got the job done quickly. Josh explained everything thoroughly & answered all my questions & concerns. No mess left behind! I was very, very pleased &…
Carter was exceptional and thorough. We had an odd list of needs and he made sure each was addressed well and with top quality. Will be hiring him back and referring to our friends!
What an enjoyable encounter with Obie and First Coast Home Pros. Obie was the consummate professional; he did expert work with an amazingly kind attitude.
I contacted FCHP for a repair of a soffit based on other positive reviews I found online. The team was super responsive, professional, and Carter, our contractor, was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the job as estimated. If I ever need services in the future, this is the only place I’m contacting. So super impressed overall!
They were very prompt, professional and did a great job
I’ve used First Coast Home Pros previously and this time was no different. Highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Carter and Joe were a great team and I’d hire them again. They were detail oriented and fixed a few things that weren’t on my list. I highly recommend this company.
Obie is the MAN. Obie came out and removed our old kitchen faucet and installed our new kitchen faucet. Taking out the old faucet was a challenge with Obie determination he was able to get the old out and the new in. Great job Obie I would recommend First Coast Home Pros to any one looking for any work to be done on…
these gentlemen pressure wash my house, including the very large pool enclosure, covered from one end to the other by anything that can fall from a tree. l admit, I was initially dismayed at the cost, until I did some comparison, shopping, and then the finished results. extremely punctual, thorough, and in no way,…
Had 2 outdoor hose faucets and main water shut off faucet replaced. Joe did a great job, was courteous and professional. Thank you First Coast Home Pros for a job well done!!
Cleaned out the gutters. Workers were running a little late but called to let me know. They did a good job, and I will use them again.
Cleaned gutters and replaced several sections of screen.
OB was fantastic! He was professional and so nice but best of all his work was top notch. He replaced a door frame we had that was rotting and it looks even better than the day we moved in.
Obie was fantastic! Very helpful and thorough. Will be hiring him again.
Joe was First rate! He changed out two faucets, lighting fixture, and some handyman items. He was neat, cleaned everything up and was very effficient with his time. So polite. Great job. I will call them again.

I have never been happier with the outcome of a project! First Coast Home Pros did what they promised at an affordable rate!
