I have used Dan and Perpetual Resources for a few years now. He helped me when the IRS said I owed back taxes. Dan showed they were incorrect and I actually received a refund.
Dan stood up to the IRS for me. He is my Tax Man.
He does Homestead refund as part of the state tax process.
