I called Fitness Machine late at night and left a message. They returned my call the next morning and were at my house that same afternoon. The technician, Gary, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the issues with the machine. He was detailed and professional during the inspection.
It turned out the treadmill just needed some TLC, which Gary took care of. The quick response, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. I’ll definitely be signing up for a maintenance service with Fitness Machine.
