I’ve been getting training with FT for 5 months and the results have been incredible. They designed a custom plan tailored to my goals and really push me while prioritizing safety and proper form. I've lost more than 10 lbs and gained so much strength and confidence. Thank you so much, Sam (owner) Kyle is incredibly amazing, motivating, and genuinely cares about your progress. If you want results, this is the person to train with! Best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with! I highly recommend Justin, I always look forward to classes with him. He has an amazing ability to command a room, keep the energy high, and still manage to give individual feedback on form to everyone in the class. You leave his sessions exhausted but completely accomplished! One of my other amazing trainer is Will, he is very knowledgeable, punctual. His positive energy and encouragement is unmatched. Overall FT at Johnscreek programming is rigorous, scientific, and highly effective for me.

Been working out under the training of Sam Aldrich's team for almost a year. I had joined a gym and was not able to generate the consistent motivation-driven results I was looking for. Fitness Together has amassed a team of knowledgeable trainers that know how to help clients reach the goals that they are most interested in. At one point or another, I have worked out under the supervision of all of them and can confidently say that they are solid across the entire team. Ted has been my primary trainer and he spends time getting to know each of his clients and assures that proper lifestyle changes as well as, the workouts are the focus whilst together. Fitness Together understands that each person may have differing goals (strength, flexibility, balance, core, muscle group mass, etc.) and through an assessment, individual training plan, and accountability they will help you achieve this. So, whether you simply want to get in shape (having a program set up for you that safely and efficiently get started), or you are already a regular gym attendee (wanting some guidance on areas of improvement), Fitness Together is a great place to engage.
