I have been coming to Fitness Together for over 20 years. I can’t speak highly enough about the owner, Holly and her knowledgeable staff. Their expertise in the human body, muscles, joints, movement and flexibility is unparalleled. They have helped me through numerous injuries over the years with positive results, speeding recovery. I have no doubt that my current health and ability to push myself in outdoor adventures can be attributed to many years of the FT team “keeping up“ with my body as it changes through the years, I speak from expertise as a PhD physiologist and an anesthesiologist. I understand what they do and they do it well.
