Joe and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Been a customer for some time now. Its not often you find a honest and reliable mechanic, I'm glad my co worker referred five star to me. Forever a customer
Always honest and excellent work. My daughter comes from San Diego to have them repair her Mazda. Never tell you you need something you don’t.
Joe and Gus treated us well! Right when we got there, Joe had our car got diagnose. The battery needed to be replaced so he had it delivered, changed and we were out in 30 minutes. They also offer affordable oil change and Joe said he can check for any issues if you ask.
One of the best shops around. Friendly and very professional owner. Always provides the best quality work. Ive been going to them for all my cars for over 5 years. I highly recommend the team at Five Star.
Service was good and give a big discount.
Joe is the best mechanic in the whole city! He always gives us the best price for brakes, oil changes, or anything you need! He will never charge you for anything you don’t need and he will always be honest about what is happening in your car. My whole family loves him and his shop! Hands down the best repair team, Joe, Gus and David thank you guys.
Joe has helped me on my vehicles and gone above and beyond with the work I asked to get done. Also the communication is important to me so they have met all my expectations with that alone.
After dealing with various shops in the area for over 30years it’s been wonderful to deal with Joe and Five Star Automotive Repair. Friendly, accommodative, honest customer service beyond compare. My wife and I are customers for life.
Joe is great person and the staffs are friendly too. I went for oil change, and they did a great job. They also listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I will stick to them for any future maintenance and repairs of my car.
Joe helped me with AC repair last year and explained everything thoroughly, I knew then this was a place I could trust. Today I came for assistance with my brakes and once again am I getting the service completed, the explanation provided, and all at a great price and same day. So appreciative of Joe and his team!
This shop is a hidden gem. They are always extremely busy and still have the patience and kindness to help whenever I run to this shop. The owner is such a kind and genuine person and the mechanics are respectful and patient. Thank you guys, will return!
I have been been taking my cars there for years and years. Mostly tune ups because once Joe fixes a major issue, stays fixed for years. I trust Joe so much that even took my daughter's car there until she moved away. I really trust 5 Star Auto. Thank you Joe.
5 STAR Auto was a wonderful experience! The young man that did my Oil change service did a wonderful job, my 2016 Chevy Sharp runs like new! Owner is a very generous honest person! Best place to take your car! 1st time using this auto business, thank you, Jennie Colmer
I’ve been bringing my cars to Joe at 5 Star Auto for years and he’s one of the most honest and reliable mechanics I know. He has worked on several different vehicles for me and the service is always consistent. Joe gives fair prices, clear explanations, and never tries to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. It’s…
Simply the BEST!!
I usually get everything for my car’s need done at Chelbana Auto Repair but they are hard to get through to with appointments and walk ins just end up being scheduled appointments for the following week. I had taken my day off at work and was turned down again by Chelbana for an oil change, I searched for a mechanic…

Mr. Joe was amazing, his staff was professional and the work was done quickly. He was honest and thorough with the work on my Ford F-150. He’s got a customer for life
Buenos mecánicos honestos los mejores buen precio
It’s rare these days to find an honest, affordable and trustworthy mechanic, but Joe and his staff are the exception. We’ve brought both my sons cars, my nephews and my brothers cars here and we were extremely happy with the work and the price. We won’t take our cars anywhere else. I highly recommend Five Star Automotive.
