Customers frequently praise Five Star Moving LLC for punctual arrivals, efficient handling of furniture, and clear communication regarding schedules. Positive feedback often highlights careful packing, reasonable pricing without hidden fees, and the professional demeanor of the crews. However, low-star reviews point to recurring issues with incomplete services, such as arriving with fewer movers than promised or leaving items behind. Additionally, some customers report dissatisfaction with damage to belongings and unresponsive or dismissive customer service when addressing post-move problems.
