When they leave, the problem has a solution. They offer advice beyond the immediate problem. Friendly and knowledgeable. Call before they come to say they are on the way. Have used them multiple times and no disappointments.

The team came out to check our water heater and returned first thing the next morning to replace it, along with the water control valve for our hose bib. They were very professional and courteous, doing an excellent job and leaving the work area perfectly clean.

I normally wouldn’t leave a review for a business I only received a quote from, but I think this is worth sharing so others can do their due diligence. Update on earlier reviews. Now a five-time (and five-star!) customer with Fix & Flow. Chad uncovered a drain pipe burst resulting in a complete kitchen demolition to mitigate water damage to the floors, etc. Just completed a repair to the burst pipe, but also discovered a leaky water line pipe that was "repaired"…
