Excellent service!
My experience at Fix Auto Apple Valley was honestly fantastic! Everyone I spoke to was professional and polite. They communicated with me the entire time they had my truck, and they did most of the communication with the insurance company to get repairs approved and paid for, which made the stressful situation of…
excellent customer service and quality work. I would highly recommend this business.
After having a couple bad experiences with OTHER repair shops this was “one of the best repair experience’s I’ve had, let alone in the area.” Off the bat you walk into a clean and cool place. You are greeted and helped in a professional manner. Raul happen to be that person for us. Raul was excellent trustworthy…
My car kept getting extended which was a bit annoying as me and my boyfriend both work and we were down to one car and the rental was too much. But once we got it we were very happy with the results. So I guess you can say the wait was worth it.
The staff at Fix Auto in Apple Valley CA was amazing. They were very polite and curtious. I needed a ride home after dropping my vehicle off and Mr. Louis gladley gave me a ride home. Talk about excellent and proffesional service. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner and let me tell you it looks as if it was…

I was impressed with their quality of work and turn around time I recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs on their auto.
Fix auto was courteous, and had my vehicle finished in a timely manner. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle’s repairs. They were able to finish ahead the original schedule and even waited a little after closing for me to pick up my vehicle as I was running late. I am very satisfied with their way of…

My car was towed to this facility after being in an accident. I dealt with Raul during the process of getting an estimate to repair my vehicle. He was professional and prompt with communication about my car. Although, my vehicle was totaled out, Fix Auto made this part of the process stress free.

Seriously courteous, very professional but still a family type atmosphere. Was rear-ended and they called dealerships until they found my parts and drove to get them to speed up delivery, they beat their best estimate by 4 days! Car was washed super clean, looks new. Work was 100% done right. Even when the…
I took my Tahoe here as a reccomendation from my Insurance company. I just goT it back today. You can’t tell it was ever in a collision. Thank you so much!!
I selected Fix because of their obvious quality and attention to detail. Very clean and organized shop. Obvious attention to detail and quality work. Their secure storage of vehicles during nights and weekends. Their desire to get the job done — right and fast. An excellent experience. Couldn’t ask for more.
Experience nice was amazing! The Fix Auto staff was very attentive to my needs and concerns. Very communicative, I will recommended them to all my family and friends.

I’ve never had to take a car to be fixed before and they made it extremely easily they stayed in contact with me and my insurance. They sent text updates on my car every other day. I was never unsure of what was going on or how long it would be. They were very honest and upfront about any possible issues from the…

Worst collision service ever. Overspray of paint on my brand new tires. I dropped the car off January 20 and it finally got done today. The guy told my wife to be there at 5:30 so they could wash it and put gas in it and when the guy called them, they were out getting food. I do not recommend these punks
I just picked up my truck today paint looks really good it’s super shiny ✨ it did take over a month but it was worth the wait. Thanks 🙏

So right before July 4th, someone rear ended me at a 4 way stop in Apple Valley Ca. We took it to this company because I have felt with them before and they helped me out. This time Jose went above and beyond by staying in contact with us and informing us on everything. I am so content!
Jose' at Fix Auto made the transaction easy, that true. But the guys in the shop did an excellent job placing a "Like-New" look to my 750Li BMW. Nice work you guys!
