I had someone previously do my eyebrows that I was very happy with, but she moved away. Yikes I was terrified of trying somebody new. I was recommended to Elsa Milani. From the minute, I walked into her room. I felt like I was with a professional. She complimented the previous artists work and made the recommendation of following the same pattern. It was a relief to know that the last person that did it did a good job. Through the entire process, I was told what she was doing, which was very comforting. I was surprised it didn’t hurt as much as the last person that did it. Her price point was not too expensive and not too cheap. If it was too inexpensive, I probably would not have trusted her. It’s my face and everybody looks at it. I’m very happy and I’m glad that I found somebody that I can trust.She made me feel comfortable and wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need. The fact that she also works on revisions and people with scars shows that she’s a real artist. Working on people that have botch jobs, been through cancer, or have scars takes a certain kind of personality and she definitely has that ,very kind and empathetic. I highly recommend her.

Elsa treated my breast surgery scars. She has so much knowledge about scar tattooing and is so patient focused - she really tailors the treatments to the needs of the patient and is super diligent guiding you on the aftercare. I am super happy with my results - something that used to bother me a lot, I can barely see now!

After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with elsa for permanent makeup: ombre powder & nano hairstroke brows, eyeliner on my top lid, blush lip & scar camouflage for surgical & burn scars that bothered me. She exceeded my expectations. I love my results. Everything looks so natural and suits my coloring & features. I got exactly what I wanted! She really listens, is a perfectionist, a true artist, and you can tell she cares. She made me feel at ease & the results speak for themselves. Any question I had, she answered thoroughly, if I had a question even after our session, she replied in a timely manner. I am very happy with both my experience and results from Elsa at Flawless. I highly recommend her as I have had other friends go elsewhere in the past, who did not have as good of an experience. I did a lot of research and waited some time before selecting my artist, & I am glad that I chose Elsa! Her facility is clean and cute, and the garage parking available made things more convenient too. You can't go wrong with my artist Elsa at Flawless. Thanks again Elsa! You’re the best!

If there’s such a thing as precision and perfection in lip blush, Elsa is the one who truly delivers it. I researched so many places before deciding where to go, and I’m so glad I chose her. Now, two weeks after my follow-up appointment, my lips look exactly how I wanted them to—natural, beautiful, and just right. The results are even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a PMUA for almost 8 years and I wanted to be able to help more clients with their scars and stretch marks so I decided to do my research and found that Elsa had the experience and reviews that aligned perfectly for education in scar camouflage. I decided to take her course a few years back and learned so much and was very comfortable when I became certified. Her patience and knowledge really helped guide me in my growth. During my model day we were able to work on a model and during she was so helpful and throughly explained the technique along with the whys and why nots. I’ve taken so many courses where the teacher told me I could reach out when needed but most of the time found that to not be true unfortunately or only support up to a certain amount of time after with an expiration date. To date I still reach out to Elsa for support and she really does mean that she offers lifetime support. If you are someone interested in scar camouflage education she’s a great educator and support system.

Elsa is extremely talented. I have her "powder brows" and when I was in the Boston Airport a woman at the check-in counter was looking at me with a quizzical expression. She asked me if my eyebrows were real. I told her they were tattooed. She said she had never seen such great eyebrows that were tattooed. She added "and I've seen a lot come through here." They look natural. They are not excessive or exaggerated. You know the ones I'm referring to. If you want to wake up with brows ready to go, let Elsa tattoo them. Stop spending time every morning trying to get them just right when Elsa can do them for you, permanently.

Elsa has filled in my eyebrows twice, and I have been so impressed with her precision, professionalism and perfectionism. She obviously cares deeply about her work, and spends so much time talking with you and really exploring the aesthetic you want to achieve. She even checked in with me the day after to see how I was doing. She will be the only person to apply permanent makeup on me because I know I will not only feel confident about the process, I will love the way I look.

She is honest, even when that means recommending fewer services or a less expensive option. That integrity is rare! I’ve tried everything for my stretch marks….three sessions of Morpheus8, red light therapy, every stretch mark cream on the market. I had finally settled on skin-tone tattooing as my next step. But Elsa thoughtfully suggested microblading the area instead, believing it would stimulate healing in a more natural and effective way. After just ONE session -one! - I’m already blown away by the results. I still have two more sessions to go, and I can’t believe the improvement I’m seeing already. She doesn’t rush.
