Customers frequently cite punctuality, professional communication, and reasonable pricing as key aspects of the tree trimming and stump grinding services. Reviewers often note that crews arrive on time, provide updates, and thoroughly clean up debris after removing or shaping trees. However, a minority of low-star reviews criticize a lack of follow-up communication and report property damage caused by falling branches or early morning noise during work.

James and his crew were able to turn our overgrown Royal Poinciana Tree into a work of art. Opening up the branches, thinning out the top, now we have a light airy tree. The crew came on time and left our property cleaned. Very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend them.

I absolutely would recommend this company! My first contact was with James. He was very polite, professional and promptly provided me with a reasonable quote a service date. The exceptional crew arrived on time and began working right away. They consulted with me prior to any questionable areas. They were all very polite, knowledgeable and when they were finishing they made sure all remaining debris was collected leaving my yard exceptionally pleasing to the eye. There was no debris left after they cut parts of the trees and stump grinded two of them. They retrieved and replaced the trees neatly. They worked quickly and gave instructions on the aftercare. (Picture noted. Other tree in backyard not seen here). They were polite and respectful with each interaction. Super responsive and worked with extreme care. A large dying tree split and fell onto other invasive trees after a bad thunderstorm. Needless to say, it was an emergency situation. They made sure to carefully assess the situation to avoid any damage to my home, pool pavers, and fence. Definitely would recommend for major tree removal services, though be advised, they want to get paid in cash. Also, make sure you get your pool professionally cleaned afterwards.
