Customers frequently praise the company for punctual arrivals, thorough cleanup, and fair pricing on services like tree removal, trimming, and stump grinding. Reviews highlight efficient communication and professional equipment handling, noting that work is often completed as outlined without leaving debris. However, a pattern in lower-rated feedback indicates instances of missed appointments or unreturned calls, particularly regarding follow-up requests or scheduling changes, which caused frustration for some clients.

This company is 5 star rated in my eyes. Matt came out on time. Understood exactly what I wanted. The day of the removal the crew was early. The care did a phenomenal job. Tidy neat and no sooner did they finish the debris truck was there. The truck was immaculate. No rust. Impeccable. Not one branch…

Tidy neat and no sooner did they finish the debris truck was there. The truck was immaculate. No rust. Impeccable. Not one branch left behind. The best service ever and most professional
After they did such a great Job I asked them a month later to come out and give me a quote on some other trees that I needed trimmed and topped didn’t hear anything from them. So I am pulling back my original review of five star to one star because I feel that maybe the job that I had this time wasn’t as big as the job last time and they weren’t as able to jump on it and make as much money so they’ve gone from a five star to one star

If you are looking for a company that won’t let you down on service, or pricing, look no further! We have been using Tree Masters for well over a decade. Matt and his team have always been professional, reliable, and fair. Three things you rarely find these days. They cleaned up our big Bismarck palm in the back along with a coconut palm. His guys even asked if we wanted to keep any coconuts and left us a few! They also cleaned up and trimmed the canopy of our live oaks and cleaned up a few other trees. If i could give them more than 5 stars I would.
