This plumbing team were very thorough and methodical problem solvers, and they came equipped with all the right tools. They were more concerned with doing a complete, quality job than a rushed one.
Very responsive and customer focused, Great Company. Alberto knows his stuff and he's easy to work with.
Sebastian and Miguel were amazing. Sebastian gave us an upfront cost and is helping us work out a payment plan for the work done. We were without water for a few days because of a leaky pipe, and they came out quickly to assess and repair. Miguel put in copper pipes to fix the leaking and it looks amazing.…
Flow Masters always exceeds my expectations. They’re knowledgeable and willing to take the time to talk through options, and I feel like they really listen to me. Scheduling is quick, and payment is easy.
I was very impressed with the urgency FlowMasters took with the project. They always showed up early and equipped and ready to work. We had Kevin, who is really good at the trade and neatly completeld the drain project.
Great outfit. Sebastian & Oisin showed up on time. Explained the problem. Gave an estimate for the solution. Got the work done well and in a timely manner. Kept the area clean and cleaned up after completion.
Cristian and Emily were fantastic!
Kevin was communicative, fast, knowledgeably, thorough and left things clean.
Kevin was communicative & thorough.
We have never had such a pleasant experience with a plumber! Flow Masters is highly professional, offers excellent customer service, communication, and thorough attention to detail. Scheduled appointments were verified the day before and kept ON TIME! Kevin was wonderful to work with, listened carefully, explained…
Kevin and Alex were great. Very helpful and answered all our questions.
These guys are great! I was able to get an appointment right away. Kevin and Sebastian came out and explained everything that needed to happen and let me choose which route to take. They were cheaper than “the other guys” but so much more professional. They checked in with every step to see how I wanted to proceed.…
Kevin did a thorough job replacing the pipes under my bathroom sink. Quickly fixed an issue that hadn’t even been flagged when they came out to do an estimate. I always trust Flowmasters to do things the right and lasting way.
Great, friendly service - replacing a bathroom drain/p trap was $765. Reasonable price and I appreciated getting a call out the day after calling. Thank you Flow Masters!
Gustavo was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the service options, including potential replacement of our 40+ year boiler. He was not trying to sell a new boiler - instead he explained the complexity of the situation, presented options and truly educated me on our San Francisco heating situation. No…
AJ said he would be here at 8:00am Monday. Got here exactly on time, wore shoe covers into our home, made an assessment of the problem, had the parts in his van, finished the job under 45 min!! So glad we called this service.
Bought a hundred+ year old house in SF and the plumbing needed some TLC. Kevin and Alex knocked out 8 separate items from a pressure reduction valve to new toilet in one day and Fernando hydrojet the lateral line earlier in the week. Also shout out to Sebastian who did the first inspection and coordinated all the work orders for this project.
Fernando was quick to troubleshoot the issue and did a very good job fixing it
Kevin and Sebastian were great - went above and beyond
Best experience. Answered phone late at night, booked service next morning. Sebastian was punctual, courteous, competent, efficient and clean. Worth every $
