I am a retired tradesman (not a plumber!) and I know quality work when I see it. These guys are good. From the prep work, through the installation and repair, to cleanup, they were very professional. I appreciated that they explained why and what they were doing as they went along. Personable and professional...well done.
This plumbing team were very thorough and methodical problem solvers, and they came equipped with all the right tools. They were more concerned with doing a complete, quality job than a rushed one.
Flowmasters is an excellent plumbing and HVAC company. Miguel the HVAC technician is excellent. He was able to diagnose and repair my furnace in my attic in a hard to get to location. He is very knowledgeable and thotough. Overall FlowMasters has excellent plumbers and HVAC techs.
Joaquin was awesome. He came over and basically fix the immediate problem and diagnosed the underlying problem, which was a flat pipe coming down, which should have been on an angle instead.
They know what they are doing! It’s not easy to find a consistent, experienced team of plumbers. I’ve never had a bad experience or been disappointed in their work. Also, their office staff is available and communicative.
Fernando and Lance were right on time. They did a great job of installing a new toilet. My experience with Flowmasters was great. I highly recommend your company. Norman Degelman
Kevin was very friendly and prompt. He figured out the problem quickly. After going to pick up parts he solved the problem much faster than expected. He left the bathroom as he found it and made sure to clean up.
Great outfit. Sebastian & Oisin showed up on time. Explained the problem. Gave an estimate for the solution. Got the work done well and in a timely manner. Kept the area clean and cleaned up after completion.
Excellent personnel. They arrived in a timely manner and on short notice request; dealt with common, old-plumbing-type problems; and quickly obtained a complete survey of the property problems. Now, we can figure out the needed repairs and replacements.

Fernando and his associate Chase were on time, helpful and friendly. The made sure our water leak was coming from our 1931 toilet as suspected and not from any other part of the house. They are now working to locate the proper gasket to seal the leak and we remain hopeful.

The service was excellent, the professionalism and help top notch. I have worked with a lot of plumbers in the past but Flow Masters is #1 I highly recommend them for a job.

Bought a hundred+ year old house in SF and the plumbing needed some TLC. Kevin and Alex knocked out 8 separate items from a pressure reduction valve to new toilet in one day and Fernando hydrojet the lateral line earlier in the week. Also shout out to Sebastian who did the first inspection and coordinated all the work orders for this project.
We've used Flow Masters for years and have always had great service. Prompt and courteous, prepared for the job, and they stand behind their work. 5 stars!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Flow Masters Plumbing. They are the BEST plumbing company I've worked with - communication is key and they excel at it. Punctual, patient, thorough, friendly and efficient. I don't have to worry when I have them onsite (at our apartment building) as I know they'll handle the job thoroughly and make sure everything is up to code.
Called in a panic with a toilet valve that was spewing water all over my bathroom and they helped me turn off the water to the house and sent a plumber to repair shortly after. Problem resolved quickly and easily!
The entire team did a great job of quickly coming out to fix our plumbing issue, which included the replacement of our sewage pipe. In particular, Willie stayed late to take care of a clog issue so that we could use our water overnight. Highly recommend.
We are building contractors here in San Francisco and we have relied on Flowmasters Plumbing for 10 years now. They are experts at installing radiant heating systems and are extremely knowledgable about all aspects of plumbing. Their customer service is efficient and reliable, their rates are competitive and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Good experience with these guys! Both our toilets were clogged and we had a class going on! They came out within the hour, fixed the problem and had us up and running again in no time.
